Just finished Weak Hero Class 2 and wow... what a ride! 😮💨 The action scenes were even more intense than Season 1, and Park Ji-hoon absolutely killed it again as Yeon Si-eun. I really liked the new characters too—especially Gotak, he grew on me so fast. That said, I did miss the emotional depth we got in Season 1. This time it felt more about fights than feelings. Still, it kept me hooked the whole way, and the final episodes hit hard. Definitely worth watching if you liked the first season!Was this review helpful to you?

Been pondering how to explain my feelings
First of, I think the acting was top tier from every actor, every single one of them was abel to portrait the emotion from the characters very well. The osts were as amazing as season one and again the timing was also good. Regarding watching valeu, I think I will never get over this series in my live I just love sieun and kinda see myself in him. Now let's talk about the bigger elephant in the room, the writing. In my opinion, from someone that read the manhwa after the 2 season, before reading the manhwa I thought it was an amazing ending and the story line completely aligned with the first season, sieun handling his depression and suho mourning, beomseok in the ring, the way sieun handled making friends ,his freak outs when fighting. I see this season has an amazing ending to the first season. But at the same time after reading the manhwa I can understand the complaints. First of they could very well only done the wolf(seongje) arc and leave the Donald(baekjin) arc for another season, so that's way people see it as rushed. I like the ending I understand completely the ending, because it works in case of 3° season and it works if we don't get one. We got an happy ending, we see suho and sieun together, but we also see humin's childhood friend died. If they do 3 season they can use that he faked is death and came back to get revenge on the gangster and maybe not dying for real like in the manhwa. Over all I very much enjoyed it, is not as heartbreaking as the first season but is also amazing done hand the friendships are also amazingly written and portrait. I would recommend it to every person that I meet from now on, and cry every time I hear the opening song. best decision Netflix ever made was to take the lead with this series and give us what we deserve : another season of whc!! because when I tell y’all I lost hope about having that season 2 (but at least it made me discover the treasure that is the WEBTOON original format !!!)slam dunk reference ???
seeing beom seok(actually it was seong je the glass and the attitude of the character tricked me bye) triggered me like it did to sieun like I was the one getting betrayed by this mf ?
Cried in this season so much. It’s definetely met my expectations
back then as i was watching twinkling watermelon I was saying I wanted to see Ryeoun and Choi Hyun Wook in the same series bcuz they had a great chemistry and my wish got fulfilled !!!
seeing this getting adapted I realized something more than ever : Si eun and Hu Min are the same. And by that I mean they lived the same experience. had their best friend going crazy and obsessive over them and also had to see their friend(s) suffering and feeling guilty about it just because of that aforesaid best friend that wont let them live
the casting : top tier (once again !)
the music : matches the vibe really well it to the point I would even say it compliments it
the story : incredible
the acting : really worth it

the only problem with this season would be that after the reunion why the heck didn’t we get a more emotional scene ?? cuz Si-eun longed him way too much to just end up glancing at each other and exchanging 3 sentences afterwards 😭
baek jin was a bad person but not a bad character as his backstory is so sad. I cried when he passed.

The Perfect Follow-Up
I typically don't like second seasons of shows - in fact, I was hesitant to watch this even though I LOVED s1. While I still think that season 1 was truly a masterpiece, I could not have come up with a second season better than this.Si-eun is dealing with some serious PTSD from everything that happened at his last school. Vowing never to fight again after what happened with Su-ho, he becomes a loner at his new delinquent-filled school. However, watching kids get bullied makes it hard for him to sit by and do nothing. Naturally, he ends up getting wrapped up in the bullies' business when he protects one of his classmates - and while this seems to make him some friends, it also puts another target on his back. Not to mention, the bullies are involved with a gang comprised of a bunch of kids from other schools, who are even more ruthless than what Si-eun has dealt with before.
This was genuinely such a good second season. The fights were incredible, the music was perfect, and the acting the ACTING was AMAZING. I am SO impressed with how perfectly Park Jihoon was able to jump back into the role of Si-eun. The lasting effects of the trauma he went through were so clearly portrayed in his character without being too overdramatic or unrealistic. I cried, I laughed, and I cried again - but it was all worth it to watch this season.

Unrealistic story across the episode
If children ruled the school...Who wrote this series? Did they forget to include the faculty and staff? Hello! Where are the adults in that school? Why is a mafia system run by students ruling a school...and there's not a single mention as to why the teachers are ignorant of or ignoring it?
And the amount of evil portrayed in the first episode is so over-the-top, you mean to tell me not one parent (or 30 parents) isn'tcalling or meeting staff in person, filing a serious complaint or charge? The evil is horrific. Are the teenage mafia-lings really holding their classmates hostage in an actual room in the school?
The story is disappointing in execution, disturbingly flawed in morality. It's truly bad work.

eu posso afirmar que weak hero class eh o melhor k-drama que já assisti até agora, eu amo demais esse dorama.
pra mim esse final foi bom, triste pro baku, mas achei merecido.Mas sinto q podiam melhorar o final, deixou um pouco🤏🏻a desejar, podiam produzir+um ep digno p mostrar+a relação do suho com o sieun e os amgs dele:/tirando td isso,achei bom, pra quem ficou um tempao esperando neKKKK

golpes + chavitos guapos!!
Después de ver como 8000 edits con canciones bellakas de tiktok desde que salió por fin me decidí verlo. creo que mi mayor error decir que sólo iba a haber un capítulo a las 11 de la noche porque ya son las 2 de la mañana y acabo de acabar los 8 capítulos que hay. es una serie completamente adictiva, debido a la historia, los personajes que desarrollan y los actores súper comprometidos con el papel, como por ejemplo Ryeo que solamente para el papel de Baku subió 10 kilos, debido a que su personaje era una persona fuerte y con buena masa muscular. si vieron la primera temporada, de verdad no se pueden perder la segunda está igual de buena, sólo que un comentario hay algunos pequeños huecos en la historia que me quedaron pendientes de entender, pero fuera de eso, fue muy ADICTIVA. eso sí. Mi favorita de las dos fue la primera por el cariño que le tengo la etapa que estaba viviendo mientras estaba viendo el drama, pero si les gustan las series de acción, escolares y con un toque de amistad, esta es la serie que deben de ver.Was this review helpful to you?

Weak Hero Class 2 : pas si weak que ça :)
Rare sont les saisons 2 qui réussissent à dépasser la première, mais celle-là... Elle a tout cassé !! 🔥 Je dois avouer, j’étais pas hyper confiante au début... quand j’ai vu que Park Ji Hoon revenait solo après 3 ans d’attente, j’ai hurlé un petit "AIGOOO" bien senti 😱😂 (et non, j’ai pas lu le webtoon donc je partais en totale découverte).Et franchement... Quelle claque. C’est nerveux, c’est sombre, c’est bien ficelé, et surtout ça bouge !!! Le rythme m’a happée dès le départ, pas de temps mort, pas de bla-bla inutile. Et alors les OST ?? PEPITES. Je vous jure, je me suis mise à me dandiner dans mon canap' comme une anguille sous caféine dès qu’un son partait 🤣🎧
Côté casting… wow !!! Park Ji Hoon m’a glacée avec son regard zéro émotion, presque flippant par moments 😶. Il dégage une aura super froide, j'étais limite à me demander s’il n'allait pas tout faire péter 💣 à un moment donné. Mais alors… mon vrai coup de cœur, c’est Ryeoun, alias Baku, ce perso m’a eue direct. Il est drôle, loyal, lumineux mais avec une vraie profondeur et des zones d’ombre aussi... bref, je suis tombée dans le piège 🥲❤️
Je vais pas vous faire la liste des persos (team anti-spoil oblige), mais tout le monde est archi crédible, que ce soit les alliés ou les sacrés truands que j'ai adoré détester haha 😤
Et cette fin... LET’S GOOOO 💪🏻 la saison 3, je suis prête !!! 😍. Perso, j’ai préféré cette saison à la première. Je l'ai trouvé plus maîtrisée, plus stylée, plus intense du début à la fin. j’ai vibré, kiffé du début à la fin ✌🏻

O QUE FOI ISSO AQUI PELO AMOR DE DEUS???Gente, o nível de atuação nesse kdrama é absurdo! Fora a história que conseguiu superar a segunda temporada. Eu tô extremamente em choque com a qualidade desse drama.
E esse final???? PRECISAMOS DE UMA TERCEIRA TEMPORADA JÁ E COM O SUHO🙏🏻
Os cinco sendo amigos e lutando juntos é o meu sonho. Espero realmente que caso tenha uma terceira temporada não mexam no elenco principal. Não podem tirar nenhum dos cinco e ninguém pode morrer por favor.

Simplesmente maravilhosa de assistir. Superou minhas expectativas de um jeito que eu nem esperava! A primeira temporada já tinha sido uma das melhores coisas que vi na vida, então eu estava com medo de me decepcionar — mas foi exatamente o contrário. Cada momento me deixava tensa, com o coração na mão, e eu chorei horrores em várias cenas.A primeira temporada ainda continua sendo a minha favorita, tem um espaço especial, mas essa segunda entregou demais. A história foi pesada, cheia de emoções cruas, e conseguiu manter aquela intensidade absurda que eu tanto amei.
O Suho acordando no final foi um momento que esperei tanto! Queria que tivesse mostrado mais, tipo ele abraçando os amigos, interagindo, algo mais emotivo... mas mesmo assim fiquei feliz. Agora é oficial: estou necessitando urgentemente de uma terceira temporada! Não estou pronta para me despedir desses personagens incríveis ainda.

apesar dessa temporada ter apresentado novos personagens, e ter desenvolvido eles de uma forma interessante, ao ponto que os arcos dos "mocinhos" e vilões foram igualmente relevantes, não consigo para de pensar no sieun. ele foi parte da alma da primeira temporada mas dividia os holofotes com o beomsok e o suho, mas nessa daqui, o destaque vai completamente pra ele. a continuação da construção de quem é o sieun ao longo da temporada foi um trabalho muito bem feito. de certa maneira, o sieun tá muito mais humanizado e parece que agora conseguimos acessar lugares que antes eram fechados. apesar de achar de que o enredo houve seus momentos de falhas, a história foi muito divertida e viciante.Was this review helpful to you?

Incroyable
Franchement, Weak Hero Class 2, c’est un drama qui te prend aux tripes. Si t’as aimé la première saison, celle-ci repart dans le même délire, toujours aussi sombre et violente. L’histoire est tendue du début à la fin, et on sent bien que les personnages en bavent. C’est pas le genre de série qui fait dans le léger ou le feel-good, ici c’est du sérieux.Visuellement, c’est super bien filmé. Les scènes de baston sont propres, pas exagérées comme dans certains dramas, et ça donne encore plus de réalisme. Niveau ambiance, c’est toujours aussi pesant, et franchement, certaines scènes te mettent bien mal à l’aise tellement c’est intense.
Gros point fort : Park Ji-hoon. Il est encore meilleur dans cette saison. Son personnage, Yeon Si-eun, est hyper touchant. Il parle pas beaucoup, mais t’arrives à capter direct ce qu’il ressent. Les nouveaux persos sont pas mal aussi, même si on aurait aimé en voir certains un peu plus développés. Y en a qui arrivent, tu sens qu’ils peuvent apporter un truc de ouf, et au final on les laisse un peu de côté.
Le seul truc qui m’a un peu dérangé, c’est le rythme. Y a des moments où ça traîne un peu, et d’autres où ça s’enchaîne trop vite. J’aurais aimé que certaines scènes ou intrigues prennent plus leur temps, histoire qu’on s’attache encore plus aux persos et qu’on capte bien leurs motivations.
Au final, Weak Hero Class 2 reste un super drama, qui parle de sujets graves comme la violence scolaire sans détour. C’est dur, c’est brut, mais c’est ce qui fait que cette série est différente et marquante. Même si c’est pas parfait et qu’il y a des petits trucs à redire, ça reste à voir, surtout si t’aimes les dramas nerveux avec des personnages profonds et des histoires qui te laissent pas indifférent.
Coup de cœur pour le jeu de Park Ji-hoon et l’ambiance bien dark qui change de ce qu’on voit d’habitude.
