One of the best BL Drama to ever exist - Groundhog Day but make it BL

A solid plot and the proper way to tell the story - that is what Triage is.
Triage is a journey. The journey of Dr Tin, of becoming a changed man, from a self-centred person to an empathetic doctor and a genuine human being. And we are the witness of his change.

Another mature plot from the writer of Manner of Death that tackles a very serious problem of organ trafficking. I am glad that the writer chose such a topic for her story.

Each episode has perfect amount of elements to keep me engaged in the flow of the story. From the first episode , they have deftly managed the medical protocols. Yes, there maybe some exaggeration but for a normal viewer from nonmedical background, it seemed great.

The plot can get a bit repetitive for some, it gets repetitive and tiring for Dr Tin as well. But it is a puzzle he needs to solve himself. Otherwise there is no salvation for him. The slow burn plot is my jam.

Jinta provides accurate amount of mystery and magic realism/fantasy moments paired with humour.

The main leads act like flowing river, spontaneous and fluent in chemistry, portraying their confusion, anger, pain, hesitation, capitulation and gradual intimacy.

The two male leads falling in love is just beautiful. I am in love with them. I have a special place in my heart for Sing , his character is very well written and Tonnam's acting justified it. I wish I could see him in many more roles like this. The side story of Sing and Gap may seem a bit underdeveloped, but it's a real sweet one.

All the support roles have done brilliant jobs. The guest appearance of Dr Bun and tan , ah my MaxTul heart was screaming in happiness.

There are plotholes of course.

1. How did Dr Doi enter Sing's house?
2. How is it possibel for two unarmed doctors, outrun trained thugs with guns?
3. Tol's disguise as a doctor was the funniest.
4. The dreamlike sequences could have been a bit better.

But hey. I absolutely enjoyed this series despite all the things I mentioned. Triage has taken its place in my top 5.
An job excellently done. Kudos to the team.

This was, hands down, the best Thai drama I've seen so far, not just BL but in general. Smart writing, actual character development that you could follow and that was rooted in what was happening on the screen. Beautiful cinematography and amazing music! I really need to praise the score here because it added so much to the story and to the viewers' experience, especially in tense moments. I was smitten!

The drama was my first real introduction to TaeTee. They didn't really make an impression on me in 2 Moons - well, that series in general didn't make an impression on me so there's that - so I didn't actually know them before this drama. But I'm definitely a fan now. They fit their parts perfectly. And you could feel that they were familiar with each other, as in that this wasn't their first project together, so there was none of that awkward getting to know each other first feeling.

Besides the main heroes and their story, their trauma and their fight for each other, who really left a big impression on me was Jinta, the angel or whoever he was who was helping our heroes change their fate. He always seemed so acerbic and put out with his charges but he got to love the boys so much. When at the very end, after Tol did all he could and he did everything right and Tin still got hurt, Jinta came to Tol and simply stroked his head, not saying anything... This scene was among the ones that truly hit hard. Jinta's gentleness here, after all his vitriolic comments before, seemed so profound.

Another scene that hit hard was when Tol started losing it after Tin's death and Tin's friends, so worried about him and feeling responsible for him, wanted him brought to the psych ward and Tol got so scared and ran and hid...

Looking back, it's interesting that, even though most of the story is told from Tin's POV, the moments that hit me the hardest were all from Tol's POV. His breakdown after Tin's death. Jinta's visit. Tol's despair after Tin's coma, after Tin's parents took Tin home and Tol was left all alone again and he kept it all in, only showing the true depth of his sadness when he was alone...

Loved this drama. Honestly, truly loved it. Sure there were moments when I was hit by a bad case of second hand embarrassment every time the boys tried to convince the other of what was happening, that they were stuck in a time loop. Yeah, I cringed. But what could they do, right? They both only ever had days to stop the other from dying, so...

A hideen Gem

So, I wasn't expecting anything special of this series to be honest. First 3 episodes wasn't doing anything for me, but let me tell you. Afterwards each episode gets better and better.
It is one of the best stories, with great twist in it. I wasn't expecting the twist and that's the beauty of it.
I really appreciate when leads can convey their emotions to the viewers. Both actors did very well and u can feel their emotions clearly.
hope to see more of them in the future and More of this kind of series.

It was 1 of the smartest, most ambitious, & most underrated BLs of its generation.

How do you review Triage when your main memories are hospital corridors, impossible choices, sleep deprivation, and Dr. Tin repeatedly attempting to fight fate itself?

This series really looked at medical dramas and said, "What if we added time loops, moral dilemmas, emotional trauma, and enough stress to lower the average viewer's life expectancy?"

Tin was an exhausted emergency room resident trying his best to save people in a system that didn't always make saving them possible.

Tol was the patient he couldn't save.

At least not the first time.

Or the second.

Or the tenth.

And suddenly, one failed resuscitation turned into an endless cycle of trying to answer a single impossible question:

How many times would you rewrite your own life to save someone else?

Tee Thanapon brought so much desperation, exhaustion, and determination to Tin that by the halfway point it genuinely felt like we were trapped inside the time loop with him.

Every failed attempt hurt.

Every small victory mattered.

Every reset felt heavier than the last.

And Tae Darvid as Tol?

The man somehow managed to be frustrating, charming, vulnerable, and heartbreaking all at the same time.

Watching Tol slowly become more than just "the patient who dies" and turn into a fully realized person worth fighting for made the emotional payoff hit even harder.

But what truly makes Triage special is that the romance never overshadows the story.

And the story never overshadows the romance.

They grow together.

Tin isn't trying to save Tol because he loves him.

He falls in love because he keeps choosing to save him.

Again.

And again.

And again.

The supporting cast deserves just as much praise.

The doctors.

The nurses.

The friends.

The patients.

Everyone felt important because in a hospital, everyone is somebody's entire world.

And can we talk about the people behind the camera?

Director A Natthaphong Wongkaweepairod understood exactly how to balance medicine, mystery, romance, and science fiction without allowing any one element to overpower the others.

The pacing felt relentless in the best possible way.

Every answer created three new questions.

Every revelation forced you to rethink everything you thought you understood.

The writers somehow turned complicated timelines and paradoxes into a story that remained emotional and deeply human at its core.

The hospital itself became a character.

The fluorescent lights.

The empty hallways.

The late-night shifts.

The constant feeling that life and death were separated by seconds.

The cinematography captured all of it beautifully.

And the soundtrack?

Absolutely guilty of malpractice.

Every song arrived precisely when your heart was becoming stable enough to suffer again.

Triage wasn't simply a medical drama.

It wasn't simply a romance.

It wasn't simply science fiction.

It was a story about choice.

About regret.

About the unbearable weight of responsibility that comes with caring about someone.

And about the terrifying realization that sometimes loving someone means accepting that you cannot save everyone.

This wasn't doctor × patient.

This wasn't strangers-to-lovers.

This was "I have watched you die more times than I can count and I will still choose to try again."

10/10.

Would absolutely get trapped in the time loop, fail every medical exam imaginable, and watch Tin challenge fate itself all over again.

Why didn't I watch this sooner?!!

I have nothing to say bad things about this series, such a beautiful storyline great writers make a big difference to the plot of the whole show.

Episodes: Every scene is a nail bitter, you have to dig with it in every episode, that adds good acting and makes me love this show
Story: Love Love Love, behind the scenes people put their effort into putting this show to its full potential.
Cast: Every emotion, you can feel through the screen that's how good their acting is. P'Tee and P'Tae give everything and show how great actors they are.

I'm so invested in this OMG!!

An absolute MUST to watch

If you're thinking about watching it, please do!

Although first ep can be very confusing but it gets better once you catch the flow. There is no boring episodes and all the cast did an amazing job. Loved the unique storyline with lots of ups and downs, you can never guess what's going to happen next.

P.S If you're planning to watch it be prepared to be emotionally attached to this drama and cry your eyes out<3

I cried!!!!

Let's start with. What this series taught me "Made weak by time; might succumb to fate. But always keep your faith. Strive for what you wish to have and never stop moving forward." This is exactly my type of bl I was so sick of watching universe and school bls where they themselves create the problems. The acting was on point usually I don't get moved by sad dramas but this one made me cry. Another thing OMG the amount of second hand embarrassment i felt like fr in each episode like stoppppppp. It's a must watch. (Sorry for my bad English grammar it's not my first language)

A MUST WATCH FOR EVERYONE

Triage' is incredible. Every episode is ten out of ten. The plot is absolutely fantastic and well-done. It keeps you on the edge of your seat all the time, and the BL touch is the cherry on top. I just love Tae and Tee together. I'm so glad to see Tae and Tee together again after two months of not seeing them on screen. I'm very happy. Their chemistry is incredible, and I absolutely adore this series. I highly recommend that everyone watch this series! They're currently on my top ten list. They are both excellent actors, and their chemistry is on top

Way better than I expected!

This was way better than I expected! I should have watched it a lot sooner….while the ending felt anticlimactic, I still deeply enjoyed it. It kept me at the edge of my seat, which is pretty rare in these genre. And the actors did a brilliant job with their role.. it also had better acting than some Thai series I’ve seen. Bravo!

I noticed that the end scene left the door open for a sequel with the cast from ‘Manner of Death’. It would be fun to see the cast from both show in a series. But I recently discovered this might not happen due to one of the actors retirement. So we can only hope.

Nothing but Spectacular

Very consistent from start to finish. It doesn't flop and always keeps you at the edge of your seat without being repetitive. It combines mystery, fantasy and romance perfectly. For the most part, it has a dark and dramatic tone with a few touches of comedy, that don't feel out of place, but rather are naturally incorporated to the series to lift up the mood. The plotline is so strong and well written, that doesn't rely on the romantic aspect to keep you interested like most bls. The romance feels more like a bonus to an already interesting story.

The acting overall was good. I had very few issues with this series, that don't really overshadow its positive traits. I feel no show is 100% perfect.

I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is looking for an exciting journey to the unknown..

not enough words to describe

Triage is honestly one of the most intense and meaningful Thai BL series I’ve ever watched. It’s not just a love story — it’s a full emotional rollercoaster where every episode hits harder than the last. The time-loop concept is so unique, and I love how the story slowly unwraps layer by layer. It kept me hooked from the first minute.

What really touched me was the chemistry between Tin and Tol. The way Tin keeps going back in time just to save Tol…that’s the kind of love that makes your chest hurt in the best way. Every loop felt more desperate, more emotional, and more powerful. I swear I could feel Tin's frustration, fear, and love like it was my own.

The hospital setting made everything feel so realistic — the tension, the urgency, the pressure. And when the softer moments hit, they HIT. The acting was so good that even the smallest scenes felt meaningful.

I also loved how the series balanced suspense with heartwarming romance. It made me think about destiny, choices, and how far someone would go to save the person they love. The ending… I won’t spoil it, but let’s just say it left my heart full.

Overall, Triage is one of those BLs that stays with you even after you finish it. Emotional, mysterious, romantic, and unforgettable. I’m so glad I watched it.
