In both Write You Again and Sotus the series, the main characters are finding out how to adjust to life changes and dealing with separation in a relationship. Both BL series main characters are acted by Krist Perawat and Singto Prachaya. There's also the similarities theme of memory and the unknown of the future which Arthit and Nine struggle with as a individual.
The actors in The Ex-Morning are the main characters in episode 5 Our Skyy. In Our Skyy: Arthit and Kongbop almost broke up due to separation but in The Ex-Morning, which is a different series Krist and Singto are cast as Tamtawan and Padthapi where they are Exes. The Ex-Morning also has a lot of Sotus reference.
