AMAZING!!! the second time around
I rewatched the first season, and when I saw this was up, I jumped right into season 2, which I’m absolutely loving! It’s truly inspiring to see how these girls train and grow in such a short period of time. The dedication and hard work they put in are not only impressive but also motivating. Each episode showcases their struggles and triumphs, allowing us to connect with them on a personal level. I find myself rooting for them as they navigate their challenges. The way they support each other is heartwarming and adds depth to the narrative. The training montages are particularly compelling; they really capture the intense effort and resilience needed to improve.
Overall, I’m so excited to see where the season goes next. It’s a great reminder of the power of perseverance and friendship, and I can't wait for more episodes!

VERY INSPIRING & MOTIVATIONAL
I have watched s1 ep 1 when it first aired last yr every week & s2 from 1st episode from first week to last ep every week.for me it was that good. The show is about the members of iron girls participating in boxing tournament one after 3 months of training and another after a month of 1st tournament. Boxing needs stamina, practices and consistency. The fact that all the 4 girls are from acting backgrounds and are actress , i knew all four of them as actress before the show & in ha i loved her from business proposal.
This show proves hoe you gotta trust the process and work hard and you will get the outcome from the hard work .
Its very inspirational in kind of way when you start something new and you cannot believe in yourself .. you gotta work and trust the process.
I recommend watching the show and even after 5th ep you dont like it then its not your cup of tea.
The production team also gave their best , i dont know what the reaction of korean audience of this show but from my POV the show is good.
I also recommend this show who like one one of the iron girls , you will automatically like the show,

Actresses learning to box for a competition
I love love loved this season of Iron Girls! In this season, the actresses concentrate on learning how to box in a a few short months in order to compete in a real boxing match. Watching the girls overcome their fear of getting hurt and working so hard towards their goal was SO INSPIRING and motivational. The growth through pure hard work and sweat was so fun to watch. I normally don't like boxing because it's too violent for me, but in this show it wasn't that bad because they were amateurs and there was always this vibe of female support. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the boxing matches especially when In ha or Ju Hyun were on! I got really into it and would rewatch some of the matches and would work out right after because I found the show so motivational. I also loved the playful dynamic between coach Kim Dong Hyun and the girls. Highly recommend season 2 if you like female empowerment, boxing, or motivational sports type shows! Was this review helpful to you?
KDrama Boxers!
Season 2 was incredible as much as Season 1 and inspiring ❤️❤️☺️! To see them evolve, develop again physically and mentally to another level just shows the battle with yourself is important to overcome. I had low expectations in the beginning for KDrama actresses to achieve competitiveness. My bias to achieve competitiveness sooner than the other 3 was Seol In Ah from her previous experiences in taekwondo and soccer with her swift footwork. Uie and Park Ji Hyun did not disappoint because of their Season 1 experiences and achievements. Newcomer Guem Se Roc showed her passion and enthusiasm to learn as the sports “maknae” of Iron Girl members and showed her determination to keep up with the members and without question- earned her status as an Iron Girl. I hope there is a Season 3.Was this review helpful to you?
It Always Seems Impossible Until It's Done
I’ve been following their journey since Season 1, and this show never disappoints! Iron Girls Season 2 is not just about competition, it’s about inspiration. It teaches us that with proper training, the right coach, consistency, and determination, we can achieve anything we set our minds to whether in sports, in our careers, in pursuing our dreams, or in becoming the best version of ourselves. This season once again showcased the strength, resilience, and spirit of the Iron Girls, proving that limits only exist until you push past them.
I’m truly looking forward to Season 3 — LETS GO, IRON GIRLS! 💪💪💪
