Goodbye is never easy
Saying goodbye is never easy especially with the one you love. I liked the premise, the execution and visuals. They fit. The theme from the prequel was maintained for continuity and it was very subdued. They realistically dealt with a situation that could have gone differently. Thankfully, there weren't any desperate moments. The one drawback is that this wasn't necessary to be made as is. Had this been a 4 part series showing the aftermath of the decision after the designated period, it would have worked better. This feels unwarranted. It's less than 20 min in total so give it a watch during lunch break. Was this review helpful to you?
Sometimes love is letting go.
A beautiful story about letting your loved one chase their dreams and supporting him to the fullest. A story about fear, love and trust. The visuals are good, the music is beautiful.
I am not a fan of the actor playing Ian, he just doesn't delver the emotions enough for me. I like the actor that's playing Alt, his emotions show in a very subtle way, very natural. There wasn't much chemistry between the actors.
It's nice to watch it for one time, but i won't rewatch it.

Should have been a special ep instead of sequel
The entire plot was ian getting a job abroad and Alt supporting him. Yes i really love this couple. Alt is such a green flag. Ian is a cutie... but i was expected a backstory in the sequel. They left the unanswered questions from season 1 unanswered. Gave us a sequel where they are in a long distance relationship which is not an ideal happy ending. It's like they're doing it on purpose. Was this review helpful to you?
sequel with an established couple
Overall: a sequel to Connect. 2 episodes about 7 minutes. Aired on True Film https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkQFxcEhORR2Bhi8ZyJnwFEBChVK0Gz5N&si=Ek6MFwRducm3qkngWhat I Liked
- established couple
- easy to understand premise
- visuals
Room For Improvement
- not communicating/snooping
- the cut version didn't show something at the very end that completes the story more
