'Flower Boy Next Door' co-stars Park Shin Hye and Go Kyung Pyo may reunite in a new K-drama!
Choo Ja Hyun's official comeback K-drama project will be Head over Heels.
On May 23, it was officially confirmed that Choo Ja Hyun is joining confirmed main leads Cho Yi Hyun, Choo Young Woo, Cha Kang Yoon, Kim Mi Kyung, and Park Jung Pyo in the upcoming K-drama Head over Heels.
Head over Heels will tell the story of a high school student who is also a shaman who will try her best to save her dying first love. The K-drama will be based on the webtoon of the same name by writer Ahn Soo Min.
The upcoming K-drama will be the next work of director Kim Yong Wan who also created the works The Whirlwind, If You Wish Upon Me, The Cursed, and more.
Choo Ja Hyun will portray the role of Yeom Hwa, a new character in the series. Her character was not found in the original webtoon. Yeom Hwa is a shaman who has a strong desire for revenge.
Head over Heels will begin airing on June 23 at 8:50 PM KST. The K-drama will be part of tvN's Monday and Tuesday K-drama timeslot.
This will be the official comeback K-drama of Choo Ja Hyun. She last starred in the 2022 K-drama Narco-Saints with Ha Jung Woo, Hwang Jung Min, Park Hae Soo, Jo Woo Jin, and Yoo Yeon Seok.
Early this year, she made a cameo appearance in the Disney+ K-drama Unmasked led by Kim Hye Soo, Jung Sung Il, Joo Jong Hyuk, Shin Jung Keun, Lee Hae Young, and Jang Hye Jin.
