Hwang Jung Min, Zo In Sung, Jung Ho Yeon's 'Hope' teases terrifying alien threat
Still cuts of Chun Woo Hee from My Youth have been released.
My Youth follows Seon Woo Hae (Song Joong Ki), once a beloved child actor who lost his light due to greed of adults around him, now lives quietly as a novelist and florist. His calm life is disrupted when Seong Je Yeon (Chun Woo Hee) suddenly reappears. Together, they once endured their darkest days, and their reunion stirs long-buried memories. Je Yeon, now a team leader at Feel Entertainment, after suffering from her family's sudden downfall, lives only for success.
In the K-drama, Seong Je Yeon, once a model student for whom college entrance exams were everything, now works as a management team leader after her life veered far from the path she pursued as a teen. Sung Je Yeon never lets go of her phone for even a moment. Beneath her friendly smile, her sharp gaze exudes the distinct vibe of a seasoned, passionate team leader. With a personality that favors clarity, she is the kind of person who says what needs to be said, yet also a master of mental well-being who never misses even the smallest changes in actress Mo Tae Rin (Lee Joo Myung).

Chun Woo Hee commented, "It's a work that captures both affection and the process of growth, which I found very charming. There are clumsy and painful moments, but I thought that makes the story all the more beautiful. I think it's a story that will let people recall someone from their memories in a lovely way."
She went on to describe the character of Seong Je Yeon, saying, "She's someone who thinks love can be approached the same way as work, and so she charges ahead. Her clumsy behavior in the face of love is adorable, and I think it will be fun to watch her emotions, heart, and ways of expressing herself gradually grow."
My Youth is coming September 5, and will air two episodes back-to-back every Friday. Global viewers can watch it on Viu (Asia, the Middle East, and Africa), and Rakuten Viki (the Americas, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, and India).
