Former LE SSERAFIM member Kim Ga Ram to return as an actress following school bullying controversy

Former LE SSERAFIM member Kim Ga Ram is set to begin her acting career.

Recently, Management GU announced that it has signed an exclusive contract with Kim Ga Ram.

They stated, "While consistently observing Kim Ga Ram's activities on YouTube, we were deeply impressed by her limitless potential for growth as an actress and her diligence. Her continuous hard work and improvement every day to achieve her dream were the most important factors in deciding to sign this exclusive contract."

"In order to improve her acting skills, she has been consistently engaging in training and in-depth study, and within a short period, she has shown a noticeably steep upward trajectory in growth."

It added, "Not only acting, but she is also steadily investing time in learning English and Japanese with the goal of stepping onto the global stage, and she is an artist who continues to challenge herself and pursue learning in new fields, like learning guitar."

They also stated, "After in-depth internal discussions, we became convinced of her immense potential and limitless prospects for growth, and thus we decided to sign an exclusive contract with her."

Kim Ga Ram debuted with LE SSERAFIM in May 2022. However, she halted her activities just two weeks after her debut when the controversy of school bullying surfaced and eventually left the group.

She enrolled at Konkuk University in 2024, majoring in Media Acting, and also launched a YouTube channel last March to begin communicating with the public.
