'Agent Kim Reactivated Season 2' officially in talks
The cast of the drama Guardian: The Lonely and Great God has reunited to mark its 10th anniversary special. Actors Gong Yoo, Kim Go Eun, Lee Dong Wook, and Yoo In Na have come together again for a variety program.
On the 28th, tvN told TenAsia, "The four actors filmed a travel variety show from April 24 to 25, comprising a 1-night, 2-day trip in Gangneung, Gangwon Province."
The program is directed by producing director Hwang Da Won, who previously worked on shows such as Handsome Trot and City Girls on the Climb.
First aired on tvN in 2016, Goblin, aka Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, set a historic record at the time by surpassing 20% viewership rating. Even after its conclusion, it continued to receive love through global OTT platforms and is regarded as one of the representative dramas that helped spread the Korean Wave.
The upcoming travel variety show is scheduled to air in the first half of 2026.
