Grand Galaxy Hotel tells the story of a new owner of the Grand Galaxy Hotel — a place known for offering the finest services to console the souls of the dead — and a human hotel manager who isn't afraid of ghosts.
The story begins when the previous owner of the Grand Galaxy Hotel, renowned as the top hotel for consoling the dead, disappears. The series will portray diverse tales of ghosts who visit the hotel, each with their own story, and the mysterious events that unfold as the characters move between the world of the living and the afterlife.
The script is penned by the Hong Sisters, Hong Jeong Eun and Hong Mi Ran, the writer duo beloved for their hit drama scripts such as Hotel del Luna, Alchemy of Soul, and My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho. The series is directed by Oh Choong Hwan, known for Castaway Diva, Big Mouth, Start-Up, Hotel del Luna, While You Were Sleeping, Doctors, and My Love from the Star.
Lee Do Hyun stars as Eun Ha, the new owner of the Grand Galaxy Hotel, who comes to run the hotel after its previous president suddenly disappears. Eun Ha is a character with a secretive past and a prickly personality who steps in to fill the vacancy left by the previous owner.

Shin Shi Ah plays Sang Sun, the hotel manager and the only human staff member at Grand Galaxy Hotel. Sang Sun is a character known for her strong professionalism in managing guests and her extraordinary ability to get along even with ghosts from the other world.

Lee Soo Hyuk takes on the role of Baek Gi, a grim reaper who cleanses the remnants of evil spirits, while Lee Soo-hyun plays Seok San, a mysterious woman with an eerie and dangerous aura.
