Colony has unveiled new character stills.
Colony follows isolated survivors inside a building sealed off due to a mysterious virus, as they face the infected who evolve into unpredictable forms.
The K-movie is helmed by director Yeon Sang Ho (Train to Busan, Parasyte: The Grey, Hellbound), and stars Jun Ji Hyun, Koo Kyo Hwan, Ji Chang Wook, Kim Shin Rok, Shin Hyun Been, and Go Soo, among others.
Ji Chang Wook plays the character of Choi Hyun Seok, who struggles to protect his precious family amid the sudden outbreak. During his vacation, he becomes trapped in the building alongside his sister, Choi Hyun Hee (Kim Shin Rok), who has come to see him. He strives to protect her by carrying her, who has a lower-body disability, in a camping carrier. Ji Chang Wook is set to portray Hyun Seok's determination not to break under extreme circumstances and the emotional changes he experiences as he approaches his limits.

The stills capture the tense moments of Choi Hyun Seok after the outbreak begins. We see him stepping forward with a pole to protect others, facing the infected alone, and closely monitoring the CCTV screens, heightening curiosity about how he, with his deep knowledge of the building's layout as a security personnel, will navigate and resolve the crisis.

Ji Chang Wook stated, "The key points to watch are how the infected evolve and how the survivors change and respond. It will be a very thrilling and tension-filled new film."
Director Yeon Sang Ho commented, "I basically thought he was an actor who excels at action, but I was also surprised by his emotional acting. His dedication to studying the character and designing detailed performances is remarkable."
Colony is scheduled to hit theaters in May 2026.
