Son Suk Ku and Nagayama Eita begin an uneasy cooperation in 'The Blue Road'
ENA's upcoming Monday–Tuesday drama Climax has unveiled character stills of Prosecutor Bang Tae Seop, a man driven by ambition to reach the top.
Climax follows prosecutor Bang Tae Seop (Ju Ji Hoon), who plunges into a cartel of power to rise to the top, and the people around him.
Ju Ji Hoon transforms into Bang Tae Seop — a prosecutor with limitless ambition and level-headed judgment — portraying a man who continues to make the most fatal choices at the center of power.
Bang Tae Seop, driven by ambition to become South Korea's highest authority, throws himself into a cartel of power. He prioritizes survival and the consequences of his choices, and is fast at reading the flow of the game and moving accordingly. Even as he bears the price of decisions that grow more ruthless the higher he climbs, he is a man who never stops.
The two newly released character stills capture where Bang Tae Seop stands and the ambition that drives him.
In the first still, Bang Tae Seop is shown seated in his prosecutor's office. His gaze — whether fixed on documents or lost in thought — is calm yet sharp, conveying the meticulousness of a man always calculating his next move.

In the second still, he walks away from a press conference, with a crowd of reporters behind him. Even as questions pour in, he doesn't look back; his back conveys the steely resolve of a man pushing toward the highest place — while standing in a position where he could be the first to fall.
Thus, Bang Tae Seop is a character who must choose not between good and evil, but between survival and ruin. In a story that asks who deserves to rise to the top, he finds himself at the center of the most dangerous alliance — one forged by desire.
Climax will premiere on March 16. The K-drama will be available to stream on Disney+ (select regions).
