Jun Ji Hyun shares her lifestyle secrets.

On November 6, Jun Ji Hyun came to the YouTube channel "Study Genius Hong Jin Kyung", where she opened up about her routine and the secrets behind maintaining a healthy body. 

Revealing her routine on the show, Jun Ji Hyun said, "I wake up every morning at 6 a.m., exercise at 8 a.m., and then start my day."

When asked what motivated her to exercise daily, she replied, "Actually, when I was young, my goal was to lose weight, but as I've gotten older, I've felt the importance [and impact] exercise has on my body."

She continued, "When you do just one type of exercise, your body gets used to it, and you stay stagnant. I thought I should try a new workout, so I went to a boxing gym, and it's so much fun," adding, "You have to have the mindset of 'I'll be learning exercise for my whole life' to turn that into a habit."

Jun also shared her diet plan: "I am very cautious about what I eat. I'm used to exercising on an empty stomach. I don't eat breakfast and have lunch as late as possible, around 2 p.m." "For lunch, I always have protein. I usually eat eggs, avocado, and vegetables. If I want a little more, I also have Greek yogurt."

She added, "I don't completely avoid carbohydrates. I first tell myself, 'I can eat whatever I want,' but still, I think I should eat what's good for my body. If I have a lunch appointment, I eat everything."

When asked if she eats chicken feet or tripe, she said, "I do eat them, but I don't really like chicken feet because they're spicy." "I have a regular meal for dinner around 5 p.m. I tend to get drained in the evenings, so I go to bed around 11 p.m. And I don't drink much."
