More cast members from Hospital Playlist will reportedly appear in Resident Playbook.
On April 18, Korean news sites shared that Hospital Playlist cast members Kwak Sun Young, Shin Hyun Been, Jung Moon Sung, and Bae Hyeon Seong will also make a surprise appearance in the upcoming episodes of Resident Playbook.
A representative of Resident Playbook responded to the cameo reports. Just like in the previous reports, they asked viewers to confirm the news through the upcoming broadcast of Resident Playbook.
Kwak Sun Young, Shin Hyun Been, Jung Moon Sung, and Bae Hyeon Seong will join the growing list of Hospital Playlist actors making special appearances in Resident Playbook, including Jo Jung Suk, Yoo Yeon Seok, Jung Kyung Ho, Kim Dae Myung, Jeon Mi Do, Kim Joon Han, Ha Yoon Kyung and Moon Tae Yu. Ahn Eun Jin is the first Hospital playlist character who made a notable cameo in the second episode.
It was officially confirmed this weekend that Jung Kyung Ho will make a cameo in the upcoming series. Furthermore, fans can look forward to the return of Jo Jung Suk, Yoo Yeon Seok, Jung Kyung Ho, Kim Dae Myung, and Jeon Mi Do as the beloved band Mido and Falasol, who will sing an OST for the new K-drama set to be released this weekend.
Resident Playbook is a spin-off of Hospital Playlist that depicts the real-life stories, friendships, and struggles of obstetrics and gynecology residents at Jongno Yulje Hospital.
Go Youn Jung, Shin Shi Ah, Kang Yoo Seok, Jung Joon Won, Han Ye Ji, and Lee Bong Ryun are the main leads of the series.
This K-drama is the joint work of director Lee Min Soo (The Secret House and Good For You) and writer Kim Song Hee. The original team of Hospital Playlist director Shin Won Ho and writer Lee Woo Jung are also working with them in the production of the K-drama as creators.
Resident Playbook airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:20 PM KST.
