Lee Jae Wook faces new challenges after being assigned to an island in 'Doctor on the Edge'

Doctor on the Edge has unveiled a new teaser.

Doctor on the Edge is a medical drama that depicts the story of public health doctor Do Ji Ui (Lee Jae Wook), who arrives on Pyeondongdo, an island no one wants to go to, and the secretive nurse Yook Ha Ri (Shin Ye Eun).

Because of a past trauma, Do Ji Eui has avoided islands, which makes his assignment to Pyeondong nothing short of the worst possible scenario.

The teaser begins with Do Ji Ui's saying, "Three things you must avoid on islands: people, incidents, and love." After unwillingly arriving at Pyeondong Island, he approaches everything with caution. However, the island's residents and incidents that could trigger his trauma make his island life even more difficult.

Then comes into the picture Yook Ha Ri, as she suddenly enters Do Ji Ui's turbulent survival story on Pyeondong Island.

Do Ji Eui firmly tells her, "I never asked for your help, so don't cross the line," but she answers, "I'm not crossing the line. I only want to help you."

Doctor on the Edge will premiere on June 1 and will be available on Disney+ (select regions). Watch the teaser here.
