tvN unveils new stills from Typhoon Family.

Typhoon Family follows Kang Tae Poong (Lee Jun Ho), CEO of a trading company with no employees, no money, and nothing to sell, navigating the 1997 IMF crisis.

The wardrobe of Kang Tae Poong (Lee Jun Ho) of the Orange Tribe, who dominated Apgujeong in those days, and the brainy bookkeeper Oh Mi Seon (Kim Min Ha) serve as another highlight of the K-drama. In the stills, the two command attention with their fashion characteristic of 1997.

Tae Poong, by pairing a black leather jacket with a white shirt and chain accessories, brings out a "look-good-live-well" sense, while a glossy jacket and blue racing jumper perfectly capture the trendy yet bold 1990s youth fashion.

In contrast, Mi Seon's styling captures the neat yet warm charm of working women from those times. From a knit accented with floral embroidery, a Nordic-patterned sweater, to a combination of a blue cardigan and a red check skirt, she exudes a clean yet unique vibe. Her tidy straight hair and understated makeup represent the pinnacle of realistic 1997 office fashion.

For the generation that lived that era, their diverse fashion evokes nostalgia, while for younger viewers, they offer a fresh take on Korean history.

The production team stated, "The colorful 1997 OOTDs [Outfit-of-the-day] brought to life by actors Lee Jun Ho and Kim Min Ha will provide another layer of enjoyment," adding, "With styling so full of individuality that viewers might even want to recreate it today, it will become another highlight of the drama. We ask for your keen interest and anticipation until the first broadcast."

Typhoon Family is coming October 11, on Netflix.
