Chinese netizens beat Dispatch in leaking pics from Ok Taec Yeon's wedding
Netflix gives a glimpse of character dynamics from its upcoming K-movie Love Untangled.
Love Untangled follows the story of Park Se Ri (Shin Eun Soo) in 1998, who devises a plan to straighten her perpetually unruly frizzy hair to prepare for the biggest confession of her life.
In the K-movie, Gong Myung comes as Yun Seok, a transfer student. The following still shows Yun Seok deeply engrossed in thought, holding a comic book he discovered thanks to Se Ri.
Another still depicts them both dressed as golfer Park Se Ri and her caddy, Yun Seok.
Then there is Kim Hyun (Cha Woo Min), the most popular guy in school, who has everything from looks to exceptional athletic prowess.
Seong Rae (Yoon Sang Hyeon), a chatter who excels at everything except studying, serves as the strategic advisor for Se Ri's grand operation, helping her with meticulous plans.
Go In Jeong (Kang Mi Na) is Se Ri's curly-haired rival, who, one day, appears with sleek, straight hair, surprising everyone.
Choi Gyu Ri comes as Ma Sol Ji, Lee So Yi as Bang Ha Young, and Son Hee Rim as Jeong Da Ul, Se Ri's best friends and steadfast supporters, who would do anything for her.
Hong Eun Hee plays Baek Jang Mi, Yun Seok's mother and the owner of Jangmi Beauty Salon — the only salon in Busan that offers the "Seoul Magic Straight" hair treatment. Kim Ji Young plays Se Ri's mother, Bok Hee, while Ryu Seung Soo plays Park Hong Il, the father who gave Se Ri her curly hair gene and is the school's photographer.
Love Untangled will premiere exclusively on Netflix on August 29.
