Kang Dong Won, Park Ji Hyun, Uhm Tae Goo, Oh Jung Se evoke laughter and nostalgia in 'Wild Sing'
Netflix has released the main poster and trailer for The WONDERfools.
Set in 1999, an era gripped by fears of apocalypse, The WONDERfools tells the story of a group of goofy townies who, after an unexpected incident, acquire superpowers and take on villains threatening the peace of Haeseong City.
In the main poster, Eun Chae Ni (Park Eun Bin), Lee Woon Jung (Cha Eun Woo), Son Kyung Hoon (Choi Dae Hoon), and Kang Ro Bin (Im Sung Jae) are seen running, and behind them is the chaos-stricken Haeseong City. Under the tagline, "Lovable misfits will save the world," a scene of turmoil unfolds, with cars flying through the air and buildings and signboards collapsing.
At the front is Eun Chae Ni, followed by Lee Woon Jung using telekinesis, Son Kyung Hoon holding a car steering wheel, and Kang Ro Bin with a part of a wall wrapped around his arm. Together, they use their superpowers to save Haeseong City from crisis.

The trailer opens showing Eun Chae Bi's nose bleeding, saying, "A heart that could fail at any moment. Then… am I really going to die?" She is known as Haeseong City's troublemaker, who shouts that she wants to live long enough to see the end of the world, and she suddenly gains the ability to teleport.
It also shows Kang Ro Bin and Son Kyung Hoon navigating their lives after unexpectedly gaining superpowers, while Lee Woon Jung skillfully uses telekinesis. Witnessing this, Eun Chae Ni, Kang Ro Bin, and Son Kyung Hoon begin to call him "master".
Along with an ominous remark that people have started disappearing again, like 20 years ago, Dr. Ha Won Do (Son Hyun Joo) appears, along with the trio of Wunderkinder, sparking curiosity over the abilities they possess and how they will threaten Haeseong City.
The teaser comes to a close with Eun Chae Ni saying, "It's not that I'm nothing. I just haven't done anything yet," as the misfits of Haeseong City stand up against the threat.
The WONDERfools is coming May 15, only on Netflix.
