The MBC drama Perfect Crown hit double-digit viewership of 11.1% (nationwide) and 11.3% (metropolitan) for episode 4. As of April 18, the K-drama ranked fifth on Top TV Shows on Disney+, trending in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, the United States, and the United Kingdom, among others (FlixPatrol).

With this, Perfect Crown is most likely to maintain double-digit viewership and retain its spot on Disney+ Top 10 rankings.
