
The whole team of Resident Playbook teases viewers with the powerhouse OST lineup of the upcoming K-drama.
On April 8, it was officially revealed that K-pop idols from the third and fourth generation are participating in the OST of the upcoming K-drama Resident Playbook. They also hinted that there will be two more artists that will participate in the soundtrack and it will be revealed on a later date.
According to tvN, the artists who will lend their voices for the OST include EXO's Doh Kyung Soo, SEVENTEEN's DK, (G)I-DLE's Minnie, TXT, Stray Kids, IVE's An Yujin, and aespa's Winter. tvN also showed a teaser of two groups who will also sing for the OST. Viewers believe that the two mysterious groups are Mido and Falasol (the Hospital Playlist main characters played by Jo Jung Suk, Yoo Yeon Seok, Jung Kyung Ho, Kim Dae Myung, and Jeon Mi Do) and the Resident Playbook main characters.
The K-drama team explained their choice: "Young K-pop idols will sing the OST to match the story's youthfulness. Their diverse musical styles and emotions will deepen viewers' connection with the narrative."
