The tvN medical K-drama Resident Playbook achieved ratings of 4.47% (nationwide) and 5.06% (metropolitan) for episode 3, setting a new personal record. The K-drama was also the most-watched in its time slot. Resident Playbook's popularity, however, remains largely limited to South Korea, as Flixpatrol reports the show trending in only a handful of Asian countries, including Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Japan, among others.

Heavenly Ever After follows Lee Hae Suk (Kim Hye Ja), who arrives in heaven at 80 and reunites with her husband, Go Nak Joon (Son Suk Ku), who has regained the youthful appearance he had in his 30s.
