So Ji Sub returns to the underworld seeking his brother's murderer in 'Mercy for None'

Netflix series Mercy for None has confirmed its release date for June 6.

Based on a popular Naver webtoon, Mercy for None follows Nam Gi Jun (So Ji Sub), who, after having left the underworld, returns after 11 years to uncover the mastermind behind his brother Gi Seok's (Lee Jun Hyuk) death. 

The poster captures Nam Gi Jun standing alone amidst numerous fallen people in a narrow alley. Bloodstains on the walls suggest a fierce fight he fought alone. Nam Gi Jun's journey of cold revenge to uncover secrets entwined with his brother's death promises a blood-soaked story with high-octane action.

The teaser shows Nam Gi Jun relentlessly pressing forward in search of the hidden dark secrets and the forces behind his younger brother's sudden death. After a mysterious attack, Nam Gi Jun comes face to face with Nam Gi Seok, who has returned as a cold corpse, prompting him to begin a full-fledged pursuit of the person responsible for his murder.

Standing bloodied, his voiceover says, "I have to end it. All of it," heightening intrigue over what awaits him at the end of his lonely journey.
