The Netflix series Teach You a Lesson emerges as a hit!
According to data from FlixPatrol, as of June 8, the K-drama ranked on Netflix Top 10 in over 85 countries, including Australia, Belgium, Bangladesh, Canada, Egypt, Finland, France, Greece, India, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, the Philippines, Qatar, Serbia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Taiwan, and Vietnam, among others.
On June 9, Good Data Corporation reported that the K-drama's lead actor Kim Mu Yeol topped the integrated TV-OTT Drama Cast Buzz Rankings for the first week of June. At the same time, Teach You a Lesson ranked No. 2 in the TV-OTT Drama Buzz Rankings during its first week of release.
Teach You a Lesson recorded a buzz score of 54,881 in its debut week. This marks the highest opening-week score among all Netflix original series released this year.
In addition, Teach You a Lesson ranked No. 1 in both the news and video categories of the buzzworthiness survey. Alongside Kim Mu Yeol, the series' lead actors all entered the Top 10 cast buzz rankings, with Jin Ki Joo placing fifth, Lee Sung Min eighth, and P.O ninth.
Won Soon Woo of Good Data Corporation said, "The proportion of positive responses from netizens has been high.
