'The WONDERfools' actress Lee Soo Bin announces marriage

Actress Lee Soo Bin (The WONDERfools, Family by Choice) shared the news of her marriage.

On May 23, Lee Soo Bin posted a handwritten letter through her personal account, which is as follows:

Hello! This is Lee Soo Bin.

It's May, and spring has returned after a long while, and the warm sunshine can be felt.

Though those days are now faint in my memory, from a young age onward, I have spent my time sharing many stories and emotions through works as an actress — with gratitude and curiosity.

I think I've met countless people during that time, and received more love than I deserved, laughing and crying with them.

While portraying many different lives, I sometimes empathized with their struggles and futures, and at other times joyfully imagined them. But because I'm a bit timid person, rather than on my own, it was only thanks to the love and support of so many people that I was able to grow little by little and make it this far.

For someone like me, there came a person who stands by my side more than anyone else, worries about my future together with me, and supports me so that we can build that future together. Now, together with that person, I want to create even happier days and make an eternal promise.

To everyone who has supported and loved me both as actress Lee Soo Bin and just Lee Soo Bin, I wanted to share my gratitude along with the happy news from my life, which is why I wrote this letter.

Going forward, I will strive to become a warm actress and person who can share even more stories and empathy.

I hope this year — and all the years ahead — will be filled only with happiness for everyone.
