'Undercover High School' and 'Buried Hearts' start off strong, 'The Witch' sees a slight ratings dip

The MBC comedy drama Undercover High School, starring Jin Ki Joo and Seo Kang Joon, has started off strong, scoring 5.6% (episode 1) and 6.6% (episode 2). The weekend drama was much anticipated, and with the premiere ratings strong, it is expected to live up to its hype. 

Undercover High School tells the story of a National Intelligence Service agent, Jung Hae Seong (Seo Kang Joon), who goes undercover as a high school student to track the whereabouts of Emperor Gojong's missing gold bars.

Buried Hearts follows the revenge battle of Seo Dong Joo (Park Hyung Sik) — who hacked 2 trillion won of political slush funds — against the absolute evil who tried to kill him.

Channel A's The Witch scored a nationwide rating of 1.7% for episode 3, dropping from 2.42% (episode 1) and 2.97% (episode 2). 

The Witch follows Dong Jin (Park Jin Young), who strives to break the curse of misfortune surrounding Mi Jung (Roh Jeong Eui), a woman labeled as a witch. Mi Jung is a woman who has cut herself off from the world due to the misfortunes that follow her wherever she goes.
