Ahn Eun Jin reveals why she chose 'A Love Other Than Yours'

On September 1, Showbox announced that its upcoming occult mystery film Modup will begin filming in September, along with the casting of Yoo Hai Jin, Yim Si Wan, Kim So Hyun, and Lee Moo Saeng.
Set in the 1960s against the backdrop of a remote island that had long been abandoned, Modup is an occult mystery film that tells the story of people whose lives become intertwined like an unsolvable knot.
Yoo Hae Jin plays Lee Do, the village head of a fishing community. Lee Do is a man who protects the fishing village while keeping watch of the remote island, and he is expected to lead the story from the center of an incident connecting the past and the present.
Ahead of the first day of filming, Yoo Hae Jin shared, "We will begin filming together in the cool month of September. I hope we can complete the shoot safely and successfully, and I will do my best to create a great project."
Im Si Wan takes on the role of Sang Gun, Lee Do's son. A person who charges straight ahead once he has made up his mind, Sang Gun heads to the remote island at Seon Ok's (Kim So Hyun) request, leaving his father's opposition behind.
Kim So Hyun, who is set to return to the big screen for the first time in approximately 10 years, plays Seon Ok, who travels to the remote island in hopes of treating an illness with an unknown cause. Her arrival draws Lee Do and Sang Gun into a series of unpredictable events.
Meanwhile, Lee Moo Saeng joins the cast as Gu Taek, Seon Ok's father. Gu Taek sets out for the remote island with one last hope in order to save his daughter, who is suffering from strange symptoms.
Director Park Jong Hyun shared, "I am excited and looking forward to making my first film with such wonderful actors and a reliable staff. Above all, I hope everyone can complete the filming safely and without any issues. I look forward to working with you."
