I would say Falling Into You is for sure because the FL is an older sports coach/mentor and the ML is a young athlete/mentee.
Now as for the other two I'm not 100% sure. Perhaps arguments could be made against them? But I thought Arclei's opening post for the club mentioned that noona/jiejie romances generally fell under the RR umbrella. I could've read it wrong/misremembered. Can you confirm Arclei?

Noona romance does generally lend itself to be more RR since it's a reversal of the more traditional older man/younger woman dynamic, but sadly that's often times as RR as they are xD Definitely depends on the title. I've seen RR portrayals and also very traditional portrayals.

I truly love that drama; the music and cinematography create such an atmosphere, and the romance is incredibly genuine.
Me too 💕 I've watched it several times. It's one of the best noona romances in my opinion. The soundtrack has stuck with me over the years. It's airy, earnest, and hopeful with a twinge of sadness. The songs fit the drama and represent the characters so perfectly. I wanted to include some of the songs on my list, but I was afraid it was getting too long.

I'm gonna be normal about this... *ahem* HOLYFOCKFINALLYOHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGODWHATTHEFOCK *ahem* I'm being very normal about this drama. I'm just watching with eyes wide, mouth open, and kicking my feet.
Just a few episodes in atm, but let me tell you... this FL is delivering the black flagness. She already made him walk through fire, finger tortured him, publicly humiliated him, locked him up, forced him to become her slave to save his friends, stripped him like at least twice, publicly paraded him with a chain around his neck and then undressed him in front of fellow officials (yes, a third time), and all this while she manhandles the HECK out of him. Constantly grabbing him, pulling him, touching him, just auuuuuuggghhhhh
and him? This is his face all the time. Either pain or distress *chefs kiss*
I'm sorry, how can I possibly be normal about a face like this? He looks like a beautiful prince in peril and I'm thriving! Role reversal + historical + whump + a stunning ML? it must be my birthday
I was left wanting to see more of the dynamic between ML and the princess in A Dream like the True Love because what they hinted at and did show was delicious black-flag nastiness (and I frigging LOVEd it) AND THEN THIS DRAMA COMES ALONG AND JUST SERVES IT TO ME-

XD Like, don't get me wrong, she tortures him wonderfully, but it seems a little bit like she's weak (and like, where's the forcing him to bed shit? Like hello? but whatever, maybe later). Like, give her trauma, but why did they have to do it like that? :/ Bleh... I don't think black-flag MLs with trauma are treated in the same way and that bothers me. So far, she does remind me a lot of the ML from The Prisoner of Beauty, whom I hated but I like it on a woman
I just hope they don't do a SIKE and then make them traditional... I think they will, though. I don't think FL is actually evil, but moreso pretending to clean up the courtTM. So in the end, ML is gonna save her and they're gonna become a more of traditional couple like they initially were... OR she'll die T_T I'm just trynna keep my expectations low because otherwise imma crash out
