stormy day for me so zapped cheese stuffed hot dogs and ate on wheat bread between severe thunderstorm warnings.

I was finishing up Bloodhounds 2  (WDH!) and racing through writing a review so that I could watch the women's Final Four Basketball Tourney---hubby was sweet and picked us up burgers  (turkey for me) and FF.

Zucchini is so versatile. Last night I made zucchini matchsticks with some red bell pepper ones, gave them a quick dance in a hot skillet and then added an egg and threw it all in a couple of small corn tortillas for a easy supper. Hubby used the rest of the zucchini and pepper raw in his mongo salad.

Before my body rebelled I used to hit the gym hard 6 mornings a week running 8 miles and then lifting weights. Scrambled egg whites, zucchini, and sliced tomatoes was my go to breakfast afterwards and a little bowl of oatmeal. Was a great revitalizer!

got some frozen pork egg rolls at grocery earlier. probably would have tasted bit better not microwaved but were okay

Festive Easter dinner yesterday and lunch today with relatives and friends.
Spinach and cheese pies, baked chicken with potatoes and herbs, various salads, roasted lamb, tzatziki, stuffed vine leaves with rice and herbs, and various sweets and cakes.
Lots of leftovers to last for a couple of days!

felt like i was in need of a probiotic for 'reasons!' so tonights dinner is kimchi fried rice ,.. kimchi onions , egg, garlic and a tiny squeeze of ginger with some soy sauce and oyster sauce ,.. not the best meal but not bad either , i made a double batch so i could have some for lunch or something .
