"Watched" List
Korean Dramas I have watched, either completely watched or not fully watched.. or some of them may be ongoing dramas I am currently watching
These are mostly in order from 2013 to today (in the order that I watched them in)
-
201. No Gain, No Love
Korean Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
It was sorta fun in the first half but I got kind of bored in the second half tbh.... Also, don't want to hate on the actor and actress, but I just didn't exactly love their characters or their acting.. it was all just okay/meh..
-
202. Family by Choice
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
so much wasted potential... the cast was absolutely amazing but the writing was not that good tbh... the depth of the characters and their relationships weren't so great.. they also barely explored the problems and traumas the characters have. They just kind of passively go through it, ignore some issues, and wrap up some things in like a picture perfect kind of way that feels sort of jarring honestly? it was just not good as I hoped it would be..
-
203. The Judge from Hell
Korean Drama - 2024, 14 episodes
dropped.. was sort of interesting for what it was, but everything felt pretty cartoonish and at times bored me and made me cringe
-
204. Business Proposal
Korean Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
meh.. was an okay romcom. not really that outstanding or that interesting..
-
205. Mr. Plankton
Korean Drama - 2024, 10 episodes
if you don't overanalyze it, I think it's an okay drama. BUT the male lead does literally kidnap his ex at her wedding... their relationship is.. questionable.. but like I saw someone comment: they match each other's weird. and honestly, I agree so idk... besides that the plot is also sort of questionable? Like he searches for his biological father because his adoptive father abandons him, but then he realizes it's sort of pointless because what he was actually searching for was the love from his adoptive father. And I honestly like that sort of journey, but the drama doesn't really do it well and does it kind of weirdly?? Like they end up making him go find his adoptive father and try to make amends with him in like the last episode? And that's fine I guess, but they do it so badly.. like it's very lackluster, anticlimactic, and there ends up being no connection or deep moment. it's just kinda goes like: "hi" "hi, didn't mean to abandon you" "aw okay" "here's some of your old stuff I kept" "aw okay bye." Like what??? There should be a lot of anger and frustration and sadness and happiness between them after reuniting for so long!! Like he has so much desperation and frustration in him as a character throughout the drama and I understand the perspective of him just not releasing that anger to the father and just wanting the love when he finally sees him. BUT there should at least be some kind of deep intense conversation between them!! Also, the ml just randomly leaves after like 5 minutes of meeting him just 'cause the gf came and he doesn't even say goodbye?? And he's also dying soon so like ?? I thought there would be some kind of message that the drama would try to tell me?? But there really isn't so that's also why I'm disappointed in this drama...

206. Brewing Love
Korean Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
It started off kinda rocky and the drama as a whole could have been better than it actually was, but it was pretty enjoyable and refreshing in a way. I felt like it had a decent balance of the serious moments and comedic/fun moments and heartwarming moments. It also did a decent job with showcasing the main leads' struggles and them dealing with it and supporting each other. The side characters were just kind of okay.. they were kind of one note in a way. I saw some people really liking the side couple more than the leads, but I honestly didn't like them that much.. I guess the idea of them was okay, but the writing execution was really weird tbh... and when the side female character was struggling and talking about her struggles, the guy would be like: you're pretty.. and I'm sorry, but I don't know how that should be comforting? like she's talking about how she doesn't want to judged in certain ways and how she compares her abilities to others, and all he says is "you're pretty"?? HUH?? Yeah, I don't get the romantic connection between them AT ALL!

207. My Liberation Notes
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
-
208. Inspector Koo
Korean Drama - 2021, 12 episodes
The only saving grace in this drama is YiKyung and the actress who plays her... I really did not like any of the other characters except her.. Maybe Keon wook, but his character writing was also very questionable. All the characters in this drama were very cartoonish and not fully fleshed out and some of their motivations and actions did not make sense to me.. probably because their characters weren't fully fleshed out... YiKyung's character was also kinda weird and some of her actions didn't make sense and were contradicting, but I feel like her character was the most interesting and had the most potential.. She sees herself as like a "hero" or someone who'd to anything for the people she cares about, but she's also manipulative in her own way with the people she cares about. I think the writers kinda fumbled a lot there in showing her manipulative side because it made her feel sort of incoherent in a way? She also likes killing and hyperfixates on fairytales and stories. She also tries her best not to get caught, so she goes the long and meticulous way to not have the remaining evidence, which I appreciate about her. She's also very smart and patient about it and utilizes people who are desperate and have no one by their side. In some ways, she lacks the empathy or the clear distinction between good and bad, so she often looks to her aunt on those perspectives. And I love her relationship with her aunt.. It's just sort of heartwretching to see the aunt be so traumatized by the fact that her niece is murdering people. She doesn't fully come to the realization before she dies but still... You see me literally barely mention the other characters (the protagonist and "good" characters) because that's how irrelevant they are to my appreciation for this drama... they're just so bland and uninteresting and their characters and sometimes all over the place. I literally could not care less about them..
-
209. Kairos
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
dropped?? I mean I stuff that messes with time and exploring the connection between past, present, and future. This drama was sorta interesting, but halfway through, it became sort of boring for me and it felt really dragged out... I also was not a big fan of the reveal of what actually happened... I guess I just wanted more of a simple plot?? I just did not like that the ml's wife and assistant turned out to be some kind of psychos who would fake a kidnapping and a suicide just for some sort of luxury life together.. I guess it also sort of feels like it sort of devalues all of the main characters' stress and hard work in trying to save his wife and child when they were perfectly fine and didn't need any saving... like he really didn't need to desperately try and communicate to someone from the past all that time because his wife and child did not need saving at all..
-
210. Alienoid: Return to the Future
Korean Movie - 2024
The cast literally carries the whole movie.. the plot is interesting in theory, but the execution ends up being wayyy off and it ends up being very lackluster.. this movie also has this sort of quirkiness and humor to it that just throws me off..
-
211. Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born
Korean Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
love it for introducing me to gugukdan and pansori and I love it for the whole cast and their incredible acting... but that's kind of it tbh... the plot was kinda meh.. it could have been better and could've had more depth and layers to it. it also kind of felt rushed and glossed over in a way. There are so many interesting aspects to this form of theatre and the troubles korean women through during that time, but I feel like it wasn't explored to its full extent.. Also, I absolutely loved Yeong Seo!! I officially became a fan of the actress who played her in this drama! I have seen her in other projects, but she just did so well in her role here!
-
212. Undercover High School
Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
Love the main leads but that's about it... I'm a sucker for undercover stuff and I enjoyed watching it here, but it felt really lackluster...
-
213. Study Group
Korean Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
-
214. The Potato Lab
Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
chaotic and so unserious i love it tbh... sometimes the humor didn't hit for me but i still enjoyed it..
-
215. Salon De Nabi
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
could have been better... It's enjoyable for a slice of life drama and I really enjoyed the sweet slow romance between the leads, but I feel like there wasn't enough depth in the characters and the situations that were shown..
-
216. Café Minamdang
Korean Drama - 2022, 18 episodes
-
217. Chip In
Korean Drama - 2020, 8 episodes
it was okay, but pretty predictable and sorta boring... they kinda randomly switched things up in the last episode.. it was all about finding who killed the father and who was behind it all, but suddenly the main culprit realized her faults and turned herself in and they all ruined the uncle's random plan to make a fortune out of the father's paintings..
-
218. Family Matters
Korean Drama - 2024, 6 episodes
-
219. Military Prosecutor Doberman
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
-
220. Weak Hero Class 2
Korean Drama - 2025, 8 episodes
-
221. Resident Playbook
Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
honestly, enjoyed it a bit more than hospital playlist... but it has the same problems I had with hospital playlist in its writing... A lot of the time, I feel like they're great at showcasing established relationships, but the writers are not great at building and showing little things and each persons perspective on the building relationship.. like tbh wintergarden in hospital playlist came out of nowhere... and it's true that ga eul liked him from the start but they do a terrible job at showing his side of things and how he started to like her.. then they do a time skip to where they're already an established and comfortable couple... like what the hell.. where is the buildup?? They kinda do the same thing here with Yi Young and Do won but it's a bit better.. they're some buildup and little moments that lead to them officially dating and they even show them start dating and such... but here again, they don't really show Dowon's perspective fully on how he views Yi Young and how his feelings towards her developed and how their relationship progressed and changed.. and then it feels like they're rushing once they're dating. like they get together in like ep 10 and then he's already starting to think of marriage by ep 12..?!? And I absolutely love Jae il and Sa bi, but they're relationship is so underdeveloped and they truly didn't showcase the development of their relationship well....
-
222. Crushology 101
Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
dropped.... typical cliche boring love square bs
-
223. When Life Gives You Tangerines
Korean Drama - 2025, 16 episodes
-
224. Light Shop
Korean Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
-
225. The Light in Your Eyes
Korean Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
The twist really surprised me.. mostly because I truly believed that this was a time travel story. But with that in mind, I feel like they did some things well in general with the twist and some things that don't really make sense.. overall the drama was just okay.. I honestly was more invested in Hye Ja and Joon ha's stories when they were younger.. we did get a bit more of their story, but it was only a little bit toward the end
-
226. Stealer: The Treasure Keeper
Korean Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
-
227. A Love So Beautiful
Korean Drama - 2020, 24 episodes
meh... cliche sort of drama that was pretty annoying tbh... the fl got annoying pretty quick and honestly the fl and ml did not have much depth as characters... so did the rest of the cast..
-
228. Tastefully Yours
Korean Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
-
229. School 2021
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
-
230. All of Us Are Dead
Korean Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
a decent zombie apocalyptic drama. it was okay. I don't have much to say about it tbh.. I absolutely loved the cast though!
-
231. Gaus Electronics
Korean Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
The first episode was kinda rough to get through because the poor ml was getting physically hurt and such, but the episodes after that were surprisingly funny and enjoyable. Some of the humor didn't exactly land for me, but I overall found a lot of scenes actually funny and enjoyed the drama as a whole. it's honestly a very unserious drama lol

Korean Drama - 2025, 10 episodes

242. Law and the City
Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
-
243. The Winning Try
Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
I'm annoyed with this drama tbh... it could've been soo good! They could have focused soo much on how Ju garam grows as a person and coach, how the rugby team grows as a team, and how each of the boys improve and grow! However, this drama focused soo much on the vice principal and the other teachers scheming to take them down and get rid of them. Now, I'm okay with that kind of being a part of the overall story of how the rugby team grows and overcomes it and such, but they focused on them too much!! Some of the things said/portrayed are also a bit questionable too.. like they kinda kept making sorta fat jokes/remarks about one of the bigger guys.. and I felt uncomfortable tbh... and the way they handled ung's fear of hurting someone with tackling was poorly done as well... they essentially tried forcing him to keep doing it until the coach tried taking him out of the team? and then suddenly he could do it?? overall, I feel like the drama had immense potential but lacked depth and focus in its characters and the subjects brought up, and the portrayals of some things and how they were dealt with were a bit questionable..
-
244. Hidden Love
Chinese Drama - 2023, 25 episodes
my first cdrama!!! really enjoyed it tbh and absolutely loved the cast!! the only thing that I didn't really like the age gap and how they set it up... especially in the beginning when they first met... she looks like a literal little elementary kid while he looks like a full blown adult.... I mean he didn't develop romantic feelings at all until they met again as adults, but still... it's a bit weird.. they could have made the age gap a bit smaller and maybe had them meet again as much older adults as well... 19 and 24 is okay I guess but it's still a bit questionable... like she just became a adult...
-
245. Gen Z
Chinese Drama - 2023, 40 episodes
eh, I got uninterested in it real quick... I ended up paying attention to the romance more which was not even a big part of the drama lol
-
246. Cheer Up
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
I really enjoyed it at first but it quickly became like a love square sort of deal?? I liked the main leads' romance but I feel like they made things a bit more complicated than it should have been.. and also the second male lead was annoying as hell... the boy would not back off and move on!! I enjoyed the aspect of them coming together as a team and working hard and finding their enjoyment and love for cheer leading! I also liked seeing the female lead find that there is more to life even if things are difficult and finding that spark within herself.
-
247. Love Untangled
Korean Movie - 2025
was a bit better than I expected.... she ended up embracing her curly hair and liking the guy who liked her the way she was... I feel like they could have expanded on it a bit more tbh... it felt very surface level.. the movie as a whole overall was just okay.. it was a bit predictable and felt like your typical korean youth romance movie..
-
248. Who Rules the World
Chinese Drama - 2022, 40 episodes
This drama overall is just okay. At first, it felt kinda like a comfort drama? but it started to drag on and nothing really ended up standing out in this drama... the plot was pretty uninteresting tbh and was not really deeply/well written so I was kind of lost half the time but also did not care to know what was truly happening... I liked the main leads, but I feel like I ended up liking the actual actors more than the characters.. and that is because I feel like I barely know the characters and they essentially lack depth..
-
249. Love, Take Two
Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
I sorta enjoyed this drama, but I ended up not enjoying the romance between the parents... I was just not interested in it, so I ended up skipping a lot of their scenes...
-
250. Till the End of the Moon
Chinese Drama - 2023, 40 episodes
A mess of a drama tbh... I don't know what I just watched... there is a lot of back and forth angst and misunderstandings... and I should have been more prepared for what I was getting into but damn I could not take it lol. Especially for how long it is, it was a lot.. The only thing I got from this drama (and what I usually get from these kind of dramas) was the discovery of some of the actors and actresses. I liked Bai Lu, Luo Yun Xi, and Sun Zhen Ni in this drama and will probably check out some of their past and upcoming projects!
-
251. Love Is Sweet
Chinese Drama - 2020, 36 episodes
wow... I'm just realizing I've been watching so much mediocre stuff these days... ugh.. this drama, I knew it would be just okay and didn't go into it expecting much... but it's soo long omg.. honestly if it was kdrama length, I feel like it could have been perfect.. after about episode 20? 30? when the leads have been together and such, it starts to drag on and it feels like they've run out of ideas and are just going on because they have to..
-
252. Under the Queen's Umbrella
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
I actually sorta enjoyed it in the first half, but I feel like the politics and scheming dragged on for too long and I got bored of it.... I honestly wanted more of the family bond between the brothers and the queen... maybe some growth with the king as well..
