Vinci Malizon is a Filipino singer, dancer and member of HORI7ON (호라이즌). He is a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts and Design student from an arts and business college.

He participated in the Filipino-Korean survival singing show "Dream Maker", where he finished in 4th place, earning a spot in the final idol group. He debuted in July 2023 as HORI7ON's leader and main vocalist with their 1st album, "Friend-SHIP".
