Kikuchi Yoko was a former Japanese idol singer and actress born in Minato, Tokyo, Japan, but shortly thereafter moved to Hachinohe, Aomori, Japan. She graduated from Horikoshi High School. She was affiliated with Takenouchi Office.

In 1982, she won the TBS Award at the Miss Seventeen Contest. This achievement led to her being signed by New Bamboo Music Agency. In 1983, she made her debut as an idol singer under the label of CBS Sony.

Kikuchi passed away on December 23, 1999, at the age of 32, due to leukemia.
