Ishihara Maiko is a Japanese actress from Chiba, Japan, affiliated with the Shochiku New Revue. She graduated from Kokubun Gakuen Girls' Academy and Komazawa University.

In 1987, she joined the Actors House training school as part of its inaugural class. The following year, she passed an audition marking the 100th anniversary of the New Revue and became a trainee under Sugawara Keiji. In 1998, she was promoted to a senior position.

Ishihara Maiko is a cousin of Kinomoto Ryo.
