Hashi Tetsuya is a Japanese film director, app developer, and composer from Ishikawa, Japan. He graduated from Seiryo High School (星稜高校) and briefly attended the Faculty of Economics at Tokyo Metropolitan University (東京都立大学) before dropping out.

In 1998, Tetsuya began his career as a composer for video game music on PlayStation. He became a member of the music unit "TETUJAPAN" in 2001. Tetsuya made his directorial debut in 2018 with a music video for MNL48, a sister group of AKB48 in the Philippines. The following year, he directed his first feature film, "The Power of Hyperactivity the Movie" (多動力 THE MOVIE).
