Park Se Hyuk, known professionally as P-Goon, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of TOPP DOGG (탑독). Before debuting, he spent 8 years as a trainee, including time at DSP Entertainment and YG Entertainment. He was also a backup dancer for girl group EVOL (이블).

He made his debut in 2013 as the group's leader, lead vocalist and lead dancer with their first EP, "Dogg's Out." The group was not very successful, and the style did not fit all 13 members. So, in 2017, he decided not to renew his contract with the agency and left the group.

In August 2018, he married former RANIA member Kim Yoo Min, and the couple welcomed their first child in December 2019. However, they divorced 2 months later. He appeared in some episodes of "We Got Divorced" but remains mostly out of the industry.
