Lee Sae Rom is a South Korean singer, dancer and member of FROMIS_9 (프로미스나인). She graduated from Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School and later attended the Broadcasting Entertainment program at Dongduk Women's University, but is currently on a leave of absence.

Before debuting, she was a trainee for 4 years and 7 months, including time at Nextar Entertainment, where she was supposed to debut in a drama in 2013, but the plan fell through. In 2017, she entered the singing survival show "Idol School", where she ranked in 3rd place and earned a spot in the final group.

She officially debuted in January 2018 as FROMIS_9's leader, lead dancer, vocalist, rapper and visual with their first EP, "To. Heart", which landed in 4th place in the Gaon Album Chart. In September 2018, Stone Music Entertainment (스톤뮤직엔터테인먼트) confirmed that the group would be managed by their newly created label, Off the Record Entertainment (오프더레코드엔터테인먼트), with Pledis Entertainment (플레디스 엔터테인먼트) in charge of the creative direction and the production of the group's music. The move was heavily criticized by fans as they felt the group was neglected in terms of promotions and releases compared to the other group managed by Off the Record, IZ*ONE.

That same year, she made her acting debut with a role in the web series "Welcome to Heal Inn".

In August 2021, the group fully transferred to Pledis after Off the Record re-organized. This generated more criticism as Pledis has a history of mismanaging girl groups and hindering their development. In late 2022, she took a break due to health concerns but returned for their first studio album in June 2023.

In November 2024, Pledis announced that her exclusive contract would officially expire at the end of the year. In January 2025, 5 of the remaining 8 members signed with another company, but she decided not to. She is currently without representation, and her status as part of the group remains unclear. The use of the name FROMIS_9 is still under discussion with their former agency.

On October 21, 2025, she signed an exclusive contract with the agency 333.
