Sung Ji Yeon, known professionally as Jane, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of MOMOLAND (모모랜드). She graduated from Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School. Before debuting, she auditioned for FNC Entertainment and Source Music but failed and later was a trainee at SS Entertainment.

She debuted in November 2016 as the group's main dancer and vocalist with their first mini-album, "Welcome to Momoland". The group, managed by MLD Entertainment (MLD엔터테인먼트; formerly known as Duble Kick Entertainment), was formed after the survival show "Finding Momoland". They had a few lineup changes when new members were added in 2017 and actively promoted in South Korea and Japan.

In 2020, their third mini-album, "Show Me", peaked at #2 on the South Korean Gaon Album Chart, and the group gained a dedicated fanbase at home and even in other countries. Unfortunately, the group's unique sound and limited discography made it difficult for them to gain mainstream recognition, and they disbanded in February 2023, a few weeks after their contracts expired.

She is currently represented by AZ Entertainment (AZ엔터테인먼트).

On April 10, 2025, it was announced that all 6 members of MOMOLAND signed exclusive contracts with Inyeon Entertainment.
