Jung Seung Hyun is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of BZ-BOYS (청공소년). Before debuting as a singer, he spent time training to become an actor and also worked briefly as a model.

He made his debut in June 2019 as the group's visual, vocalist, and maknae with their first digital single, "Question". They are managed by Chrome Entertainment (크롬엔터테인먼트) and have had very limited opportunities to promote since their debut. The last material they released was their mini-album, "Outlaw", in 2023.

In April 2025, he became part of a project group called STUDIO L (스튜디오 엘). They began promotional activities in Japan with the single "Polaris", which has not yet been officially released. The status of the group is unclear, as no new information has been provided. In addition, he is scheduled to enlist in the military by the end of the year.
