He was part of the national team that won a gold medal at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha. He was nominated for the 2007 draft by LIG Insurance (Now KB Insurance) in the first round first place and played an active role as a key player in the team. He was able to become the captain of the team early at the age of 28 and lead his team to win the 2012 Kovo Cup.
