Celina Cercado is a Filipino singer, dancer, and member of 4TH IMPACT. She is the youngest of 4 sisters.

Originally, she was not interested in becoming a singer. However, she watched her older sister Almira compete in several Filipino talent shows and began liking the idea of doing the same.

The group was formed in 2001 at the suggestion of an aunt and was originally named THE CERCADO SISTERS (after their surname). They began performing and competing as a girl group at festivals, events and talent shows in the home municipality of Roxas.

In 2006, they were approached by one of the producers of the talent show "FamJam", who wanted them to represent the Philippines in the World Championships of Performing Arts. They eventually were proclaimed Junior Vocal Group Grand Champion of the competition.

In 2008, they officially debuted with the release of their first EP, "The Cercado Sisters", which was not commercially successful. The following year they also began promoting as THE GOLLAYAN SISTERS. And, in 2013, they competed and won again in the World Championships of Performing Arts, this time as the Grand Winner in the Senior Vocal Group Category.

In 2014, they entered the South Korean competition "Superstar K 6" but had to change their name to MICA as their original group name was too difficult to pronounce. They finished the show in 8th place but were ready to quit the industry afterwards. But, the following year, they decided to enter season 12 of the British show "The X-Factor". As there was already a British act with the same name, they re-branded as 4TH POWER and went viral for their outstanding audition. After several weeks, a copyright issue for their name was raised and they were forced by the network to re-brand again, now to 4TH IMPACT. Eventually, they finished in 5th place.

Since then, the group has found a loyal domestic and international fanbase and is now managed by ShowBT Philippines.
