Lee Yoo Young, known professionally as Lee Hwa Kyum, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress, and former member of HELLO VENUS (헬로비너스). She dropped out of Yeongbok Girls' High School but later passed the High School Graduation Certification Examination. She then obtained a bachelor's degree in Theater from Chung-Ang University.

She made her debut in May 2012 as the group's lead dancer, lead rapper and vocalist with their first EP, "Venus". The group was originally managed by Tricell Media (트라이셀 미디어; a joint venture between Pledis Entertainment and Fantagio).

She made her acting debut in May 2013 with a small role in the SBS drama "Wonderful Mama".

However, in 2014, both companies decided to end their collaboration, and Tricell Media ceased operations. She remained part of Fantagio (판타지오), but the group faced a lineup change soon after, and despite some collaborations and comebacks, it never managed to find much success. In May 2019, the group officially disbanded after their contracts expired.

After the group disbanded, she focused on her acting career and began using the stage name Lee Hwa Kyum.

She is currently represented by Prain TPC (프레인TPC).
