Jeong Ui Seok, known professionally as Omega Sapien, is a South Korean rapper and member of BALMING TIGER (바밍타이거). He is on a leave of absence from the Economics program at Keio University.

He made his debut in 2018 when he joined BALMING TIGER as one of their rappers for the single, "I'm Sick". The alternative band is a collective made up of rappers, singer-songwriters, producers, video directors, a creative director, a visual artist, an A&R, and editors. They are managed by Cam With Us (씨에이엠위더스).

He made his debut as a solo artist a few months later with his first single album, "Rich & Clear".
