Love it! Love how they have built up this bubbling-under-the-surface love for each other in the previous episodes to then culminate into the ending scene for ep 5.

I don't understand how people can call this boring! I can't wait to see how their relationship develop!
It's strange though how much I love this when people in the comments call it boring compared to Bad Buddy... I found BB boring as hell after like the second episode with no real plot and strange settings and scenes so I ended up not really caring to watch anymore and just did it because I wanted to finish it.... So I guess different strokes for different folks xd

Well the story so far is Theo and Akk making the literature major popular again and finding out who Enchanté is... Actually the story is probably how Theo and Akk fall in love/ realise they are in love. We get to come along and experience it with them ^^

Really liked the fight scene when Flying Dagger went to save Wild Dog (walking to the room he was kept), the flow and actions looked realistic.

Yeah I'm gonna finish it, just not in a hurry. Seems like everyone liked the ending of the series so I'll probably get some satisfaction out of it, but right now I'm gonna watch ep 8 of Not Me ^^

I really love how you could tell Pran likes Pat before Pat does/ realise.

Like the scene where Pran plays the guitar in the dorm hallway and Pat listens, so cute! I wish there were more of that before the love is mutual <3

Yeah I found it boring after the first couple of episode, I have yet to watch the last episode because I really don't care...

I'm a little sad I didn't enjoy it as much as everyone else but I guess there is nothing I can do about it. I do like Enchanté and Not Me so I do have that I guess.

I thought they had their cute moments but that was it. I'm a little sad I didn't like it as much as everyone else. Maybe it was my high expectations and it just fell a little flat to me.
I really like Enchanté so far but a lot of people who like BB seems to not like that one, maybe we are just different ^^

Well that's what I though was weird and kind of a shame. How they talked about being enemies (because of their family situation) but we never really got to see any of it.

So to me the "conflict" that kept them apart/ not feeling like they could be together were non-existent, especially since they seemed to hang out despite what their parents thought and did so in the present as well.
Like how they have the flashbacks looking like they were actually friends all along but when they talk about how they were competing and fighting they didn't really show much if any.

Like there were a couple of small parts that implied it with the kid actors but the rest made it look like they were normal friends in high school. So why talk like they were enemies this whole time and just now need to define their relationship as friends (but skip to lovers).

I just feel like the story was sold as enemies (in the series itself) but they never really were that, they just referred to their past as such but we never got to see it.

I do see what you're saying with other people seeing them as enemies and themselves not, that makes sense, didn't think of that. Just strange though the way they refer to their relationship up to this point. Thanks for your input! What you said made sense.

Loved Mu Ren and Li Cheng.

I was really disappointed in the storyline, love Ohm and Nanon (they're real cute) but the story sucked in my opinion. They made a story that could have been so interesting a bore fest, not even Ohm and Nanon could save it for me.

I went in to it hyped and loved like the first two episodes but it was so strange their development of feelings/ becoming friends, not natural at all. I would have wanted more enemies episodes, where it slowly builds up to them being friends, but they became secret friends/ fast lovers like nothing.

Maybe it just boils down to my expectations going in to it, like how my expectations were very high from watch the BB trailer, I love the enemies to lovers/ friends and since the trailer were all focused on that and how they were sneaking around, hiding it from the parents, I thought a large part would be just that. Instead it was boring, drawn out with sprinkled in useless scenes of nothing in my opinion.

Like the whole part of them running away to live in the no waste village was boring as hell, and strange (even weirder how no one thought it would be weird for them to throw sim cards into the water in a no waste village, or at all for that matter (even if they never actually did it)).

Anyway, I really hope they will get a new project that I'd like more, or at the very least Nanon does more BL.

I really like this show so far. I think I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't like the harem thing and though I wouldn't like it, but as others have stated it's pretty obvious Akk and Theo is end game and the harem part is simply finding out who te-te is, not actually who Theo will end up with.

The actors are cute, I like their chemistry, they seem very natural with each other so far. I made the mistake of watching a trailer (they usually spoil everything in them!) but I saw a kiss and it looked real! Not the cringy we-are-both-straight-but-pretending-but-not-succeeding-in-playing-characters-in-love-with-each-other.

So interesting how differently we can view things. I love the acting of Force and Book, they are doing great in my opinion and I see it as a great casting!

I did have trouble telling them apart in the first ep but in the second, no problem. I actually, for the first time ever, rewatched the second episode after finishing watching it the first time. I never do that but I really like the story so far and I like the chemistry between the two main guys. I'm thrilled they got this opportunity and I hope they both get casted in future bl projects like OffGun and them.

I think they might not be aware of liking each other yet (second ep). They just equate it to liking each other as friends, but then we get tiny hints that they might be getting closer.

I think they both like each other a little more than "normal" friends but are not aware of it yet and the pause and look at each other moments are to convey that to us.

can't it just simply be a thing where they had their first 'gay love' and so far they haven't loved another person/ been interested in another person of the same gender? So they proclaim they only like the one they like? Because in the scenario I just described, it is true for them. Does it have to be black and white?

If I suddenly fell in love with a girl, with having no prior experience to this, and feeling no interest in other girls (obviously since I'm in love), then why is that a problem if I want to proudly proclaim so? It doesn't diminish someone else's worth.

I think the trope can be quite romantic/cute (albeit common). Basically saying that no-one is as good as the one they like, which is how we feel when we are in love.

As a side not, maybe people don't want to be called gay as soon as they fall in love with someone of the same gender because they themselves are not sure yet, or they simple don't care for labels etc.

I don't think the "I'm gay for you" trope should be taken too seriously, I'm sure it happens in real life (as a way of express how much you love your partner for example, "you're the only one for me") and that is something that is popular to portray in media.

Me too. I thought there would be some depth and different stories, and while there are more couples to explore of course, I don't think it bodes well with the first two couples having the same story (with only a slightly different setting).

I'm also a little disappointed there doesn't seem to be much of a crossover. I though them being friends would play a bigger role, like some of the friends would have a few minutes of screen time in each others episodes at least. For different reasons, like going to class together, eating a meal with the new love interest and friends or something. But so far that is very thin. I'm just wondering what the point of setting them up as friends is if we won't get to see much until (perhaps) the last episode.

I also wish there were more Max and Nat in Why R U, they were really cute and I liked it then, even though it was very rushed in the end, the beginning and middle were nice.

I agree the younger and smaller can be the aggressive one, but in this one I don't think it's pulled off well enough. I've also noticed how the little sounds (whatever that is called) makes me cringe more. If that wasn't added in editing it would be better I think.

I agree. I don't think the two episodes per couple can be used as an excuse for the low quality and lack of a story. If each episode were 10 min then yeah but with the length we get? Naw.

I so agree on that Nat is better suited (at least for now) as the sweet and innocent one (like in his previous role). In this I feel the relationship between them is just cringe and weird.

Glad I'm not the only one. I was also looking forward to Max and Nat and was pleasantly surprised to learn they are already being showed in ep 3, but like you said, and more eloquently, the storyline is dreadful. The characters are empty and the execution is poor.

I'm cringing so hard I don't know if I'll get through the second half of episode 3. I was really looking forward to them so I'm so disappointed. They could have had a really good story. I also can't help draw parallels between the couple in the previous 2 episode, enemies to lovers (if we can even call it that), seems to be the theme for both of these storylines. I hope it's not a theme for the whole series.

Oh, and the clothes, what is going on with the grey top Nat's character are wearing with those blue baggy pants? I could not help think of it as being a female top he took from his mom or something. It looks so bad on him, especially on the sides as it looks like it's made for someone having boobs. Atrocious.
Although I did like the grey robe thing he wore before that (he was cute in it) but how they made it sexual and had it be barely closed put me off a bit. Why could he not just wear it properly and be cute for a second? XD
