Title Black Out Spoiler
Is it too harsh to say I want byeomgu and minsu to die miserably? I can't stand Byeomgu's audacity and Minsu's…
No, that's not too harsh - it's what they deserve.

Title Black Out Spoiler
not bad. i thought it would be sth wow but it is one of the cliche memory lost driven things. yea 8.3 is the exact…
Personally I would not call it memory loss in this case. He can't remember, because he simply didn't commit the murder. So his memories of that night are actually intact. But the way the police treated him, made him doubt his own memories and he began to believe that he must have had amnesia. They did some really evil mind game stuff to him, fabricated evidences and blamed him for the murder. Since that night he was drunk it was easy to say - probably you were so drunk that you can't remember. But a person who did not commit a crime, can't remember as well.

It's a crime/thriller drama. There is no cheating, because there is no romance. Depending on how you define bullying…
Ah yeah, you're right about that. ^^

Title Black Out Spoiler
if there's any cheating, rape or extreme bullying I will have to pass.1. I love crime / investigation and thrillers2.…
It's a crime/thriller drama. There is no cheating, because there is no romance. Depending on how you define bullying there is violence against the ML because everyone blames him for a murder he never commited. The whole village is treating him very badly (I would consider this bullying) and even some people try to kill him. There is no actuall rape scene, but there are hints that one of the girls who died 11 years ago was not only murdered but also raped.

Title Black Out
All I have to say is that if police in Korea are really that bad, you guys are in big trouble. Thankfully, I doubt…
The german book is actually part of a series about two police officers, a female and a male one who solve cases together. Usually police violence as I've seen in korean dramas is not shown to such an extent in any german crime dramas I've ever watched. I have the impression that german crime/detective dramas are usually about good police catching bad criminals and don't thematisize police violence at all. But that's just my impression so far. In korean dramas instead I've seen it a lot. Not sure why that is though.

Title No Way Out: The Roulette Spoiler
Ahh that voice recording. Now he has a leverage over her which can be used to defeat her or make her withdraw…
I don't have evidences, but I get this strange feeling when watching the laywer, that he might be the one who set up the roulette and is behind it. The whole roulette thing is also in favour for him. Thanks to the roulette he has a case now and if he fails at least the public won't bother about it at all. I also think he agreed to help that female Mayor because he wanted to get near Kim Gukho anyways. Best place to be for the mastermind is among the cops and near the person he wants dead. Nobody will ever suspect the laywer though.

Title Be Reborn Spoiler
The only thing that kept going through my mind the entire time is: How can someone so smart be so freaking dumb...?
That is because he is not an allround genie. He is smart. But criminals can also be smart. Because he is smart, he knows that Captain Luo won't support it, if he goes all in for risky investigation and puts his life on the line. Since he knows, he can't tell Captain Luo. He studied Law because he wanted to investigate the case of his father alone. Captain Luo would have said, he should let the police investigate and stay out of it. But since deep down he loves his father, he couldn't let go, he had to do something. Thus he did what he did. That's not dumb, it is only reckless and stubborn. As for Xu Zhengqing. Xu Zhengqing did tell him some truth and some lies. When Wenjie investigated Mr Xu he discovered that he told the truth about the present. Since Wenjie didn't know about the past - he was unable to find out that Mr Xu lied about the past. Thus he took the gamble and decided to trust him, based on the truth he had told. He is still young and thus it is human that he made a mistake. Maybe the writer could have written the drama a little bit differently. It could have worked though (might have been interesting, but this way, I'm afraid he might have easily become a Gary Stu - which is the reason why I like it, that Wenjie has flaws and is not someone who knows everything and can do everything correctly and in the best way possible). However - if we do a psychological analysis of Wenjies emotions, throughts and past trauma - his decisions were something that can be expected from a person with his past. Also, I think, the writer wanted to indicate that Wenjie, despite his wish to step out of his father's shadow, did indeed have some criminal energy within himself as well, which was triggered by Ding Shenghuo and also Xu Zhengqing. Thus I guess the writer wrote the character like this, because they wanted to show, that Wenjie is a morally gray person, who can be manipulated by criminals, if they are smart enough.

I really thought xiaoqi was gonna be reveled to be doudou :(
Look out for my fanfiction to get such an alternative ending ^^ So many people in the comments, me included wished that Xiao Qi is Doudou - and that's enough for me to get me inspired to write something. A little drama included, but I'll get there. For everyone who wished for this relevation.

That's heartwearming and nice. Still writing my fanfiction though, but yeah these scenes do indeed give sme closure. To bad that the extra scenes are only for premium users. Would love to see them otherwise.

Me too ... but in some way he became his son. And personally, to me - as long as there is no scientific proof…
Aw, Bù kèqì. ^^ I hope you'll like the Drama too. Some people happened to not like Wang Junkai, but to me his performance was good. He's still a young actor, coming from the background of being a singer, but he did a good job in my opinion. As he does more roles like this, he will become better. So don't let yourself be biased by some comments. As for the 19th Floor it has a little bt Sci-Fi in it, due to the VR-Game the Drama is about. VR fascinates me and I happened to like it.

Well ^^ I just noticed you have Be Reborn on your to watch list. Be Reborn had a great impact on me. It made me come back to my roots and start writing english fanfiction again. I even feel the courage again to translate my original work. That's what makes the drama really special to me. I loved the plot and the father-son like relationship between the two male leads. So yeah, I would say, if you have it on your plan to watch list already, go for it. Watch Be Reborn. Aside from Be Reborn I noticed that in general Mystery/Thriller Dramas with Zhang Yi playing a male lead are very good. So I would recommend to seek Mystery/Thriller with Zhang Yi in a main role. He is a very good actor. Other chinese Mystery/Thriller I liked were Age of Legends and Chase the Truth. Reborn, I also liked Reset, 19th Floor and Night has Come. Korean Thriller/Mystery I can recommend are Bad Guys, A Killer Paradox, Awaken, Revenant, The Killing Vote for example.

Yeah, I agree. It also makes it possible for us to feel what they must feel, this pain inside. Maybe through the message of the drama it can also rise people's awareness. Some crimes or accidents might not even happen, if people were more aware what's happening around them, if they would pay more attention and show civil courage. There were people on that bridge. It was not only Jin Manfu and Doudou. Jin Manfu said there was police nearby on the other side of that bridge. So how was it still possible for Doudou to get lost? What happened? And why did nobody notice, even though there were people around? I think if more people became aware of how it feels for parents to loose their children, maybe they would be more attentive and might prevent some things from happening, because they intervene or just make sure that kids who get separated from their parents by accident find back to them. As for the Fanfiction - I'm still uncertain whether it will be a true Happy Ending or not. I have that theory about organ transplantation, and that Doudou is dead, but lives on in someone else - Qi for example. Maybe he survived his fever because he got new lungs. But Im not quite sure how far medicine was back then. Will have to do some research on this. On the other hand a true happy ending might be helpful for us to let go of the drama. It touched me quite deeply. So deep that it disturbs my daily routine quite a bit.
