If you expect hospital romance, this is not the show to watch. Trust me, I have now finished this and have to say that bland doesn't start to describe this. Saving grace Xiao Guang... I wish that kid had more viewing time!

That silly woman and her receptionist friend nurse give professional women a bad name. Sooo annoying! I do too wish someone could slap them around few times...waste of watching time tbh.

As with most of chinese dramas, this is waaaay too long. Should have been perfectly ok with just 25, if that many, as the script keeps repeating itself... new case, good resolution/bad resolution and repeat. I found that apparently China is full of Mother Teresa look alikes where the good guys are soo good as to be unbelievable. SPOILER ALERT Some of the female characters give professional women a bad name as the only thing they seem to do is to gossip and criticize people, most of the time without any real basis so I found them really hard to endure. From the point of view of an occidental person, no hate, just what it is from my personal perspective... it contains a lot of the typical obsession with having kids, marriage and having to endure old people whether they are right or not. With regards to romance don't expect too much as really, there is close to none, so lower your expectations by a lot! Personally the character I like the most, with the best acting, well, the best overall is the son of the ML. Sooo cute and funny, a joy to watch and wish they had write less about those bland Dr I-doubt-my-very-existance, nurse Ms Gossip and Dr Gossip-before-any-work and more about this kid. The OST is well, not sure why they did bother... cannot be any more boring and unremarkable. Nothing to watch? Go for it, otherwise cannot particularly recommend it.

In general I don't particularly like the japanese style of acting BL or not BL. I think they tend to over-act all the time and rarely the "funny" scenes are funny at all in my personal opinion. Having said that, I understand that this is more of a cultural thing so I still watch them occasionally, like on this case. I agree with most comments in being something quite different than usual and only because of that worth watching, and then deciding if you like it or not. No school uniform or Mechanical Engineering uni on sight so this is a huge plus in my book. Also, with regard to the lack of kissing I would say that this is not a must for me at all. I thought it was and I did enjoy A LOT Kinnporsche par example. However, having watched lots of korean and chinese dramas, even thai ones, where there is this fake kissing where they only touch briefly lip against lip (mouth firmly closed of course), like taking care not to catch a disease.... then please, please remove all of them. They make me cringe every time. And the camera doesn't shy to get really up close and personal! which always astonish me, as if whomever is filming/acting/directing this, really think that 2 people kiss like that in real life!!!... just awful, awful stuff. Wish you could remove all supposedly NC bits, they are so fake and cringy. On the other hand lots of BL dramas out there without even a peck in the cheek and still soooo cute and noteworthy. So yes, I do enjoy a bit of heat on some dramas but I still able to still enjoy the others with no NC scenes at all.

This is High School...she was supposed to be 18 and he never showed any inclination to do so while in school. Each one its own but personally I found no issues with this early attraction.

To me the only excuse to watch this garbage is the second leads. Pity they did not have more scenes, their chemistry was amazing same as the background story. They were totally wasted here unfortunately

One of the funniest reviews I've read recently... and so on point! biggest bit of nonsensical stuff in a while. How the hell the stupid apple gets a heart going? Possibly one for the medical books, who knows... Anyway... was waiting for this to finish so I just could watch the episodes with Peterpan and Noh, the only couple watchable on this mess in my opinion. I think Fluke and his mannequin should take a bit of a break after this...if for nothing else, to recharge the lacrimals...bit tired of same old, same old tbh! one over-acting at every op and the other one, no acting at all!
