Just finished watching this but I want to say that I always got a feeling from the crown prince like he was from the future. The story doesn’t explicitly say it but he seems way too forward thinking and there was a moment when he tells her if she wanted to change history by distracting him and making the nation collapse. How would he know that this would change history.

I think it’s suffering from the too short time constraints. The story I believe was meant to have a more complex story weaving but due to its short episode count the story beats that should be more complex are being glossed and rushed over, so overall it’s feeling like a classical musical piece that when reaching its crescendos speeds up the pace instead of savoring the crescendos. This tends to take people out of the moment and you miss savoring the feeling of being fully consumed by the peaks and valleys of emotions. It’s still keeps you coming back but you can’t seem to be fully immersed or satisfied. I get it but I give it grace because I believe the actors are doing the best with the story beats they were given and I respect that effort.

No I think what they are showing is that taking this medication on top of other medication he takes on the daily would kill him. It’s the combining of the medication together that would have killed him. Drug interactions would amplify the effects of the toxicity. That’s why she said did they check with the medication he takes. Hui ju knows her man takes medication so her brain immediately went to the drug interactions between the 2 medications.

I think it was the queen’s father and that it was meant for I-an. The father knows that I-an is aware of the late kings edict so he really needs him out of the way now. In the preview hui ju tells the prime minister that she made a mistake and that I-an is in danger. I think this is pointing at the fact that she may have taken the wrong wine cup she took the wine cup meant for I-an so the poison was meant for I-an and that would mean that I-an was in imminent danger.

I am thinking that this is why in the preview she says she made a mistake and that I-an is in danger I think she realized she took his wine cup and so knows that someone meant to poison I-an so she is freaking out thinking no one is aware that the attempt was meant for I-an and that he could be in imminent danger. I think the cup was the source of the poison not the wine itself. When she hit the table the cups were moved.

Oh I was just pointing out that he would have washed before trying head out the door I am like you I think of this stuff too when they start kissing right after waking up so unrealistic lol mood killers for sure you and me both 😂.

I also got taught how to not treat my children or their offspring so that they may actually grow with love and affection and loving their parents and grandparents. Well he was on his way out the door and dressed he definitely had to have washed his mouth if he was trying to head out to the office in that outfit. She didn’t find him in bed but very much near the door. Did they have to waste a scene showing him washing his mouth no they just have you deduce that he washed before trying to leave the house. Now when they have them wake up and start kissing that will be a whole different story. What I don’t approve of is him kissing her when he is sick now they are just trying to get caught lol she’ll end up sick and the whole office will know they were close lol.😂

For real does grandma think her son will thank her for abusing his precious son the one him and his wife protected with their life’s. She is completely nonsensical. She should be treasuring that boy like he was her own son since he is the only living thing left of her son. most grandparents would be keeping that child in a bubble for fear of him getting hurt. Most grandparents would be overcompensating for the child having to grow up without his parents.but there she is trying to traumatize the child as much as humanly possible her son is turning in his grave not being able to rest in peace. Even if she comes to her senses down the road I wish he cuts her off completely from his life but it’s a drama they will have him eat the hurt she has caused and forgive her for her transgressions cause she’s and old lady.

Good hypothesis. Although even when i put the rice in the soup i always chew the rice I am scared of choking, but i could see how this would hold true for most people.

Frankly speaking i think the mirror would decline the offer too. He Kept saying his father was trying to control him, so what, he thought he should have a puppet to control too. 🙄 like dude really needed a reality check. Shi fan let him walk all over her for 7years and dude was like she’s easy to control I’ll just use her to take my frustration of being control out on. Glad she snapped out of it but she went far too easy on him for my liking. He was straight up harassing her. he was stalking her. one hundred Percent I would have presented a formal police complaint.

I honestly think romance in general is not her cup of tea. She seems uncomfortable in every series I have seen her whenever she has to do anything that requires touching or kissing she looks uncomfortable or very dry. I hope her agency is not forcing her to take on these romantic dramas. If she can’t work out her feelings of being uncomfortable with intimacy than she should be allowed to pick other projects.

Gosh not going to lie ep 35 made me ball my eyes out YQ has been thru the pits of hell literally.

Phoenix doesn’t die in the novel at this point and I doubt they are changing that in the drama. YQ would never accept it or permit it. He would most likely end his existence before she has the chance to try to give her phoenix core. But in the novel her mother in law shan gu gives her a dream of YQ I believe it was her way of comforting her after telling her she could not bring back YQ. During the dream I believe they go back to daze mountain and they live like they did during their happy times. Eventually she wakes up from the dream not before YQ tells her that he will never leave her side. And while she walks away I think the ghost king says that she can’t even see that he is actually at her side that he is stubborn and that she can’t even tell there is a piece of his soul in the phoenix jade so he is basically going around with her she just can’t see him. I think at this point the ghost king decides to help them bring him back since he is the only one who can and In turn Shan Gu and bai ju as true gods will help him with giving the ghost people the chance to be equals as they owe him a favor for bringing their son back. All this is part of the of the epilogue so if the dream is included I am hoping that everything else will I would love it if they did.

Based on the preview it seems like they are saying that her Phoenix core can save him I guess cause his chaos power is in it. But there is no way in hell he is letting her do that I can see it now he will use his power up faster so she won’t even have the chance. I don’t think she realizes the hell he went through watching her die he’d rather die than have it happen again. You can see it in his eyes in the preview the moment she brings it up boy looks terrified.

If only they would but highly doubtful don’t know why they insist on having these 5 second HEndings. If they did their research they would know most of us drama watchers love the long HE endings most. Those are the once I watch over and over. You would think view counts would matter and factor in to how they end a series but I feel like sometimes they do it just to spite the viewers because they can 😂. I bet it’s an inside joke to them and they probably have a race going who can make their HEnding the shortest. At least it feels that way to me.
