The misunderstanding cliche i avoided but prince Zhou another creepy character, because of his never ending love or obsessions in the end saved the Fu Rou, however, he thought he gets another chance but it all destroyed by ML coming back life and saw the poisoned FL in the room, she is not drank poison because of it changed by Prince Zhou.
Overall good, but romance wise little bit improvement needed it's more or like slow-burn romance.Gu Yan zehean realise Xie liang chen is a woman earlier episodes like 12-16 episodes,and ML confession at EP 31 and FL realise her feelings 37-40 and officially they are together in 46 it's long way. Min kyung min, very skeptical and odd about him and now it's clear. He caused all problems for Ha Neul and ep 8 emotional breakdown of Ha Neul because of him. He stolen her hardwork and kicked out of hospital, many bad things done to her.
Overall, a lighter drama even though it's cliche we can watch without any angst. Shangguan Yi has love interest for FL, but he always courted for her his own reason of love, although she is not special from other interns, he favouritism towards the FL. Somehow he is not creepy SML as seen same themed or ancient drama SML, i disappointed his behaviour at EP 25-26 attitude towards the ML. Leads realtionship is healthy throughout the drama.

That drama released 2019 , it almost 5 years. Many things changed in 5 years. If execution of drama good it will get double digit ratings. The main leads are famous and the drama budget is also high, many good chances favourable for this drama, even if story typical cliche trope higher chance for hit. Mainly ML pov of trailer their marriage already loveless and she is also snobbish and selfish, bit abusive, presented as a comedy but if ML does this same things they tag a strong woman revenge, independent...etc. what a 🤡world.
Her junior simp[Kim Geon Yeop ]insufferable at this point, he wants some noona romance. Writer and director focusing uncessary things instead of main couple relationship. ML still F. Loser and FL need some reflection of her past mistake at this point, but some men including ML and still simping her mainly the junior. This drama still a flat bottom pit, no character development nor story development, only one got ML finally started working but still lingering his feelings. Drama circling with no end until EP 8, no progress.
Same time boring and repetitive and draggy. ML acting is more robotic than natural acting and FL more like childish. After 18-19 episodes they are officially started dating. It almost take more than half FL first one side crush over and starting real feelings and her denial phase. Overall, average.
