I think it's same for the Sml, even though they have few combination scenes. The SML don't know about FL in depth. She didn't open to anyone about her father other than ML. The SML getting more over freedom in FL, with or without intention she allows that crossing the boundary of SML. The hospital scene in front of her seniors and his mom, SML behaviour totally convey how much he crossing the boundary.
