Alright if you want to think that’s romance. But from what I see chairman kang has always seen his youngest daughter as useless, party animal. That statement was to mock her that she would never be serious about work and probably only did work with hwang because of his pretty face. I think you fast forwarded some scene because chairman kang in hwang body negotiated with the twins for him to enter that company. Of course the twin would’ve wanted to just pay him and make him get lost. But they need to accept hwang conditions so he wouldn’t talk.
The building does have security, did you forget that the chairman 30th floor has no cctv or dedicated elevator? Hwang would be riding the elevator normally, no security would be always alert to look out for whoever get off each floor. Only way for him to get caught is if the elevator keeps track of the access card and the floor everyday, and they see chairman card being used.
