After watching Ep 10, seeing they were able to put the trainer Alex in overweight suit, I now understand why they make fl have mostly normal figure. Itâs to illustrate how she was never the problem in her relationship, and what her boyfriend said about her is complete nonsense.
The fact she lost all of it in just 1 ep illustrates how her body is never that overweight anyway. And her coworker all treat her normally without saying she is fat in anyway (except that one jealous girl). Itâs her own perception that made her unconfident in herself.
Also the subsequent ep donât even focus on her weightloss anymore, rather the focus shifted to helping other client, with sometimes talking about her struggles and changes exercises has brought to her life.
