he is also a zionist, homophobic and a transphobic
You seem like another religious person...who doesn't have the brains to analyze that I am not taking his side. You're a political activist of some dumn religious cause. Aren't you?
Now I know why the number 1 actor in this list is getting work again and again...even though to me, he gets outshined by all supporting male cast...They end up looking like stars because of great acting and even though he is pretty, he disappears in the background in his own drama...at least for me
OMG...Aaaaaa....It has Liang Yong Qi. Will he be playing the villain or a positive character? HONESTLY, he can play both but I want him in a unique role here ❣️❣️❣️
I love reading overly defensive explanations that make very little sense. 😌 Its fine to not cast a single non korean actor. However, lazily writing✍️ shallow characters by reinforcing the most backward korean stereotypes because they wish to desperately tap into the new markets...is laughable. Maybe they should stop trying to be American s or accept the criticism that Americans rightly got when they did BS like that. As simple as that
I mean, its Korean drama...what do you expect? They can't imagine him as a businessman or a Tech CEO. Labourer…
Saudi prince is just another BIG stereotype. It has to be either a saudi prince or some labourer. I mean, if you are a non asian having that perspective, then kudos to you but I don't care that much about representation in korean entertainment. Its on brand for them! Their portrayal is a reflection of korean society... it doesn't have much to do with brown people. Do I enjoy making fun of this mentality? Sure... Do I expect anything from them? Nope!
I love his acting...I will watch every drama he is in. People can talk unnecessary sh** all they want. He is one of those SEASONED ACTORS and very few can execute roles like him
This is how the FL character was portraited in the beginning all together with her family, she was reserved again…
Happily ever after isn't the ending. The ending is kingdoms having peace after years of war...until some maniac starts trouble again. I believe the FL was good but that ending you suggest...the cousin taking care of the child while the ML died? F no! This is a cdrama with romance as the main genre. Why would he die with such a strong army? Why would people get a kick from unnecessary death in the end ...unless...they are into russian literature
You wanted the Female lead to backstab (when her sole purpose was to stop war and execute peace treaty) and you wanted the lead to die so that the animosity can continue for another 10 generations. ..besides, the lead dying in the end is the oldest most predictable period drama ending. This show is focused on diplomacy and "peace time". Not war! And yes, diplomacy is extremely slow (even in the real world) but for those who understand it, know that it holds the most power to save lives.
people. Do I enjoy making fun of this mentality? Sure... Do I expect anything from them? Nope!
